After the original fitting, I was told that I would receive a phone call from the seamstress. However, 3 weeks later, that call still hadn't come so I phoned them only to be told that the original fitting had to be redone and that NO work had been done in the three weeks it had been sitting in the shop. Thank God I checked. I brought my niece back and was told a two week pickup date. Upon "attempted" pickup, I was told that I was incorrect and, according to the seamstress, I was supposed to wait on her phone call to pick up the dress. Now 5+ weeks after the original visit. I informed her that I would be picking up the dress on the next business day, Monday. Upon actual receipt of the dress, the crinoline has jagged scissor cuts all around. The actual hem is majorly crooked and the dress was taken in WAY too much so as now it just barely fits. I dropped it off to another seamstress last night who was visible shocked that I had paid someone $65.00 for this.

They messed up one of my shirts and when I tried to show him the burnt marks from the iron he just flipped out and started claiming they didn't do it and there is no way the iron can make that kind of a mark. He was extremely aggressive and in complete denial. It was a $30 shirt for which he could have just apologized or given some kind of credit on my bill and everything would have been fine, but the way he talked was simply appalling. So for $20-$30 he lost a customer who was spending $500-$600/year since last 4 years. I just don't understand how can someone run a business like this.

The woman proceeded to chase me out of her store, tried to open my car door multiple times (luckily I locked it), and pounded on my window all while screaming at me. I called Circle Cleaners immediately and the woman I spoke to admitted she did not have time to clean them. Yet I was charged the $14.00. What kind of service is that??? The woman said she would refund my money but when I went in 2 days later, the woman and a man both refused to refund my money. I want to let people know that this dry cleaners is the worst. Not only did they not clean my clothes, they admitted they didn't and still charged me, and then refused to refund my money. I am reporting them to the BBB. Please pass this on to others and not use this cleaners.
