My last visit here they INCORRECTLY put in their computers that my visit was for a "Follow Up" which Automatically causes me to get Charged a Co Pay Fee! When I received the bill I immediately contacted their Billing Dept and explained THEIR ERROR and that I was Not supposed to have been charged a copay. They looked at the computer, (Which of course said "Follow Up") and said Yes, you have to pay cause it was a Follow Up appointment. I kept trying to explain that it WAS NOT a follow up appointment but in fact my Yearly check up, but to No Avail! Then they told me to take it up with my insurance company! What?! Why would I "Take it up" with them when it was the OFFICE'S Fault?!!! Finally they told me the Supervisor would look into it and get back to me. You guessed it, No one ever did!!! I'm Done with them! How many other people are they doing this to?!!! How many others are they Scamming?!!
