I hired these gentlemen to make a move of about 370 miles for me. I booked them 2 weeks in…read moreadvance, and warned them that time and injuries were potential factors that could slow packing, and that I might need their help. I contacted them again within a week of moving and said hardly anything would be packed. They said they weren't bringing boxes or packing supplies, I told them I would provide. I called them again as they drove to the move and told them I needed packing done. Bottom line, even though not part of original agreement, I warned them several times about the situation. They packed my storage first on the first day. 4 people allegedly took 7 hrs to pack a fully loaded 10 x 15 storage unit. You do the math. The second day they stated on the main area. Packing needed to be done, and I told them I would ay them an additional $800. Let me hasten to say that at no point did they offer to do this for more money, or try to renegotiate. They did say they would like to leave at 2:30, after arriving at 10a. At 3:30 they said they needed to get diesel in their trucks, and I needed to get either cash or a certified check to pay them the approx. $6k owed (INCLUDING bonus). They called from gas station and asked me to meet them. I paid them and they left. I thought they must have really busted it the last hour. When I returned home I found items and trash in every room. There was a box open and half-packed in the kitchen, as well as a bowl half wrapped on the counter. There were items in every cabinet. The cabinets below the counter had not even been touched. I've attached photos for how it was left. I had to contact a 2nd mover to come and finish the job, at the cost of an additional $3,100. They had caked up an additional 40 boxes!!! Who just walks away from a job!?!? I thought these were good guys, but I truly felt robbed.

Really good savings, super fast delivery, incredible selection. One of our contractors told me to…read morecome here to save money on trim moldings for our house remodel. Yup, saving 30% over Lowe's is pretty significant. And none of that "put it in your mini-van" garbage. They delivered within two days for cheap (I think it was under $25 for 400 linear feet of trim, which big box stores wouldn't even have in stock. It's a 20 mile run from my house, and the building looks tiny, but these are pros and know and have just about everything. (We saved at least $150 on the trim alone, even counting delivery.) I was helped by Chip, but they're all good and when I called this morning for a good quality pocket door frame (after reading 1-2 star reviews of the ones at Lowe's/HD) they had the really good quality ones for less than a big box has a poor quality one! No brainer! They'll even give you a catalog of in-stock stuff to take home. The big stores would need to order the interior doors I want (two panel shaker) because I need 7 of 'em) but BA can get them the next day! And I don't have to haul them. Really great deal too. Be smart, go where the pros go. Highly recommend!

My husband would tell you that I'm a perfectionist. Whether that's accurate or not, I'd readily…read moreconfess that nothing pleases me more than a job well done or, better still, a job extraordinarily well done and thus the reason for my review of PSI Pro Wash. PSI EXCEEDED even my highest expectations. Before they began cleaning, they took the time to walk around my house with me, listening carefully and thoughtfully addressing each of my concerns. I was particularly concerned about the landscaping around the foundation and in close proximity to the house, even going so far as to say, "I'd rather have a dirty house as dead plants," so as to stress the importance of protecting the landscaping. Respectful of my concerns, they showed me the bio-safe labels on their cleaning solution and assured me that no harm whatsoever would come to the landscaping -- and they were true to their word. Not one single plant or even a limb or a leaf was harmed from pulling the long hoses around the house or from the cleaning solution itself. It's been two weeks now and the plants are still in perfect condition. PSI soft-washed the entire house, (roof, siding, awnings, shutters and decks) and absolutely EVERYTHING looks brand new now. It's TRULY amazing. They even washed my white deck furniture which now looks like the day it came out of the box. On top of being EXPERTS at what they do, they were gentlemen and professionals from the moment they arrived to the moment they left. They showed up on time, on the scheduled day, and were courteous, considerate and conscientious at every turn. Now that I've been the beneficiary of their work and had the pleasure of dealing with them personally, I'm not surprised that they were booked solid when I first called, (which I actually considered to be a good thing) so I needed to wait a few weeks for an appointment but I'M SO GLAD I DID. In my "perfectionist" opinion, you can't go wrong with PSI Pro Wash. T. Finn

The owner came out and looked at, measured for a new cover (needed that too!) and discovered that my motor was under warranty. That in itself was bonus #3. Jennifer, his wife, did all the work on the back end, ordered everything, filled out all the paperwork and JAZAM, one afternoon I come home from work and my tub is filled, clean, working motor and a new cover!
