We looked at the carpet and saw roller marks from the machine and expected the carpets to be clean. After we moved in we found the floors were not clean. Paperclips and hairpins behind bedroom doors. We had a small spill and used our green machine to clean it up and the water was dark brown and after where we had cleaned the carpet was lighter than the carpet that was supposed to have been cleaned. I am so disappointed in the job that was done and will not use them again.
