They not only completed our remodel they built the custom cherry fireplace mantle. We love our living room and it's exactly what we were looking for to update our home. Joseph and his crew are easy to work with, clean thoroughly and are professional in their behavior.

He didn't show up for the initial appt., and rescheduled for the following week- even then he was an hour late. We discussed the repairs and he said he would email an estimate. After hearing nothing for weeks, I reached out to him and he said he would have it by the end of the week. The following week, I reached out again and finally received an estimate. From there on, I would hear NOTHING from him unless I initiated contact. Then the excuses started.. I dealt with this man for three and a half months, with him ghosting me the entire time. At no time did he ever fulfill a promise, or meet a deadline. The last straw was him AGAIN failing to provide information on the repair. That was Feb. 25, and, you guessed it, CRICKETS! I have to wonder what part of "Do It Right" applies to his business.

Our ceiling has a lace texture which is a pain to match but Logan, who did the repairs did such an amazing job you can't tell where the damage was. He also painted the ceiling and a small wall. The Window Source recently replaced our back doors with sliding glass doors with built-in blinds…read more The company came to make an estimate in a timely fashion, and the options were impressive. The cost also fit nicely into our budget. The installers were experienced and polite, the process took about four hours. It did take a few weeks for the news doors to be made to our specifications, which is the only negative thing about the experience, but as happy as my husband and I are with the doors, the wait was worthwhile. I give The Window Source a 5 stars recommendation!

Caveat Emptor on 2 Added Fees to Quote!!!…read more After seeing their TV commercial, we called Window Source to bid on replacing windows. Their TV commercial says $6567 for ten (10) white, double hung windows, with NO mention of 2 added fees! They were 1 of 4 window bidders. Window Source sent us 2 quote options - both had a $150 old window disposal fee (even though we were taking care of that disposal) AND a "4% Convenience Fee" (we were to pay by check, not a credit card, so it's not a credit card fee). We then texted their estimator on the 2 fees- the estimator texted back, saying the owners explained to him that 4% fee was because they were a small business! Note: none of the other 3 bidders added on a disposal fee or a "Convenience Fee". We then directly called Window Source on the fees - the answers were vague. Bad way to do business! We've selected Window Tamers for the work (we'll review them about the work after it is completed).

All their crew (shout out to Justin, Sam, Kenny, Delmus and Todd, etc) are absolute professionals who do impeccable work and communicate clearly at all times. The owners, Zac and Brittany are also fantastic. Again, communication was clear and all our dealings were completely transparent and fair. We'd choose them again for any future projects and they will certainly be our first call when we're looking for a contractor.

Installation was great, make sure on your estimate to get a line by line quote to understand what…read moreyou are paying for. We thought we were getting anderson windows after we asked WHT type windows we are getting before signing the contract because the quote had parts and labor lumped into one price. We went from anderson windows from Lowes to united windows from lowes(came in broke) to American Craftsman window (aka plygem) from home depot. Plygem has a BBB rating F and Forbes rates them a 3 out of 5. At any time we're we notified of the change untill I did some research on the installed windows and received a small credit on the difference. Out repair went on for 3 months and the communications with the office manager was really poor. On 3 occasions we phoned her for status reports on parts, appts etc and she was going to call someone and get a call back. Not once did we receive a call back. The only communication we had was on july 3rd to schedule insallation on july 6th. All customer service is done by email, i was contesting the invoice because of the window price difference ( anderson window to plygem windows) a phone call to discuss the issues would have been appreciated. This compan was $70 higher than window world but we like to use local companies when available so we paid the difference. 3 stars for the installers 0 stars for the owner and office mgr

He messaged me 45 minutes before our scheduled meeting and arrived on time. Chris was very knowledgeable and honest about what he said their crews would be doing. He showed me videos of how the work would be done and took the time to explain in great detail the parts I was still confused about. I like to know a lot about things I need done so that I can gauge how much information is correct coming from the mouths of sales people. Chris didn't disappoint when it came to giving me factual information I needed to make a decision to hire them. He also presented me with a total amountfor all the work needing to be done and I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable this company is. HIRED Sir!!! I had another question I presented to him the next day and he took the time to message me back. THAT means a lot! I will definitely refer anybody that needs basement help to Master Services.
