This company was flipping out screaming and cursing at an employee today It was honestly very disrespectful and disturbing. PSI Pro Wash (Owner) 6 hours ago I've not working for you and I'm not sure who you are. trolls everywhere. Sorry to the real costumers. *You're exactly right sir, you would not work for me after what I've acknowledged you acting like a man child today. would never have you on my property to work for me sir. Mr. Jeff Short I hope you can fake your professionalism to your paying customers and hope you wouldn't treat them the way you do your other peers/ employees. My husband would tell you that I'm a perfectionist. Whether that's accurate or not, I'd readily…read moreconfess that nothing pleases me more than a job well done or, better still, a job extraordinarily well done and thus the reason for my review of PSI Pro Wash. PSI EXCEEDED even my highest expectations. Before they began cleaning, they took the time to walk around my house with me, listening carefully and thoughtfully addressing each of my concerns. I was particularly concerned about the landscaping around the foundation and in close proximity to the house, even going so far as to say, "I'd rather have a dirty house as dead plants," so as to stress the importance of protecting the landscaping. Respectful of my concerns, they showed me the bio-safe labels on their cleaning solution and assured me that no harm whatsoever would come to the landscaping -- and they were true to their word. Not one single plant or even a limb or a leaf was harmed from pulling the long hoses around the house or from the cleaning solution itself. It's been two weeks now and the plants are still in perfect condition. PSI soft-washed the entire house, (roof, siding, awnings, shutters and decks) and absolutely EVERYTHING looks brand new now. It's TRULY amazing. They even washed my white deck furniture which now looks like the day it came out of the box. On top of being EXPERTS at what they do, they were gentlemen and professionals from the moment they arrived to the moment they left. They showed up on time, on the scheduled day, and were courteous, considerate and conscientious at every turn. Now that I've been the beneficiary of their work and had the pleasure of dealing with them personally, I'm not surprised that they were booked solid when I first called, (which I actually considered to be a good thing) so I needed to wait a few weeks for an appointment but I'M SO GLAD I DID. In my "perfectionist" opinion, you can't go wrong with PSI Pro Wash. T. Finn

He and I spoke about 6 weeks later to replace the kitchen sink strainer (drain) and replace the shower faucet and spout. I brought all the materials and an employee for Jared showed up on time. The jobs were simple and it took one hour. My bill was $450 for an hour of work for two simple jobs. I was disappointed and did not feel this was an equitable exchange. I had a similar job done recently in Raleigh and it was around $200. This was over priced and I had to caulk shower work myself to finished the job.

He didn't show up for the initial appt., and rescheduled for the following week- even then he was an hour late. We discussed the repairs and he said he would email an estimate. After hearing nothing for weeks, I reached out to him and he said he would have it by the end of the week. The following week, I reached out again and finally received an estimate. From there on, I would hear NOTHING from him unless I initiated contact. Then the excuses started.. I dealt with this man for three and a half months, with him ghosting me the entire time. At no time did he ever fulfill a promise, or meet a deadline. The last straw was him AGAIN failing to provide information on the repair. That was Feb. 25, and, you guessed it, CRICKETS! I have to wonder what part of "Do It Right" applies to his business.
