that was an option.
We have been waiting for Galliard's simple approval to drill a hole close to our door for our fibre broadband. Galliard was supposed to contact our Internet provider about the installation but they dragged their feet and didn't actually do it, so we did it ourselves. After an incessant and complicated back and forth between ourselves, our internet provider, and Galliard to obtain all the information needed to proceed with our broadband installation, Galliard has kept on dragging their feet, and has done f*** all to fix our issue, so as a result we haven't had wifi for over 3 weeks now!
All we got from Galliard was negligence, corporate bollocks, lies and false information, empty promises and meaningless apologies.
Special mention for the staff person named Molly Cooper from property management team 1, whom we were mainly dealing with. She's incompetent, dishonest and apathetic. We really cannot comprehend how she manages to not fix anything about our issue or propose solutions at all in the span of 3 weeks, whilst claiming to be busy with her passive aggressive tone. We constantly have to chase after her and call almost everyday to get the assistance we need! Molly always says "I will call you back today", yet she never does. When we ask for an update, her response is "I haven't had the chance to look into it". She is the master of shirker !
We are frustrated and exhausted. At this point, we wouldn't be surprised if we still don't have Internet after a month. We have been diplomatic for the longest time in our dealings with this company, but after being neglected for so long, enough is enough.
Since there is no way to hold such staff or companies accountable for their shitty service, We hope there will be more solidarity from the residents' side to make our voices heard. read more
