I went in hoping to find something high-quality, and when I asked for advice, the budtender insisted on a strain that turned out to be awful. It had terrible effects, didn't taste good, and gave me a headache almost immediately. I trusted the recommendation, and now I regret it. Since I can't return the product. I guess I'm stuck with bad weed. P.s. I have gotten good stuff before but this is real bad.

They do not know service dog law and treated two veterans disrespectfully…read more I request that all veterans (and those with service dogs) avoid this business until they change their policy and procedure regarding service animals. I will cease pursuing legal action the moment I receive a written apology, and assurance that their policies are in line with the law. They will not allow a service dog in without a leash, and did not follow proper service dog procedure. I was not ever asked if Ozzy was a service dog, let alone what services he provided. I was only told that "it was store rules" that Ozzy had to be on a leash. I tried to explain that isn't mandated because Ozzy is a bona fide service animal, but I was met with deaf ears and a snarky attitude combined with a subtle blend of power tripping and asked to leave. Thank you for your service? Not even a letter from my lawyer could sway them from avoiding this issue in heading to civil court. As I am not interested in making any personal profit from this, I will turn any award over the Parkland Animal Hospital. I take this action for my veteran family and all those whose lives are made livable by their service dogs. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

First and foremost, I am neither sponsored nor affiliated with either shop being mentioned…read more However, here's my honest and brutal review. The Gallery - Fife used to be a better shop, but prices have increased and selection has decreased. There are no decent high end flower or concentrates with General Use stickers anymore for med patients, and seems to have been the case a few months with no signs the store is planning any changes. It's all mid and bottom shelf at this point unless you want to pay premiums for barely top shelf flower and oil. Very often low on stock in full oz's, often causing buyers to buy multiple higher priced smaller amounts. And their menus across all of their stores are never fully up to date; many of the items they have in stock aren't listed for reservation through online orders. Commencement Bay Yellow, across the street, has way better, fresher, and more potent products. And even though CBY isn't medical, they aren't that much more for far better products. Plus everything they have in stock is on their website, without the weird excuses The Gallery likes to advise their customers. Don't care what you put in your body? go to The Gallery - Fife... They're incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I saw some reviews that said the employees were creepy -I'm a woman and they've never been creepy towards me. I've gone in solo many times. I've worn jeans and dresses. I've been complimented, but never made to feel uncomfortable. I talk to all the staff members when I go in and there's never been an issue. I can't speak for others' experiences, I'm just saying that's the furthest from any experience I've ever had. I think they're amazing. I also saw someone say they don't treat their employees well -I can't speak for that since I've never worked there, but the employees have always seemed to be in a good mood. I've been told they work 12 hour shifts and that can be good or bad depending on who you ask. I work 10 hour days and would be fine with 12. My fiancé worked 12 hour shifts and it was rough on him. The first time I went in there I tried to tip them and was told they're paid well enough that they don't accept tips and the person who told me that did not seem upset. I've seen employees come and go over almost 5 years, but that's normal in service jobs. One person specifically told me they were quitting due to moving closer to Mt.Rainier, already working a 2nd job, and just didn't want the commute. Never said it was a bad job. So again, that's just been my experience. I'm a customer, not an employee so I don't know the inner workings. Wide variety of products. They've got flower, vapes, joints (dipped and undipped), popsicles, chips, beverages, edibles, etc. We have some go-tos, but we occasionally try out recommendations. Everything has gotten the job done. Keep in mind, everyone's bodies responds differently to every strain and every product. So your body may respond more or less than someone else's on every single product. If you don't get the feeling you like from something, it may not be a bad product, it just probably doesn't rock your world. It's cool, just try something else next time. Find what you like. There's something for everyone. Prices are good. Again, we've shopped at MANY stores across the state and in other states as well. There's some products that are more costly due to the brand, but I wouldn't necessarily say the product is better-you're paying for the name brand. When buying flower, we buy an ounce each at a time and pay between $60 -$80 per ounce, depending on the brand. We go with what looks best and the employees will show you what they've got. It gets the job done. There's both more expensive and cheaper options. We also buy several other products and have never felt uncomfortable with the price. We generally each max out on product each time we go in and it's not breaking our bank. Find something in your price range and role with it. Or roll it, whatever. We're relatively heavy daily users so we're paying in the middle price range; otherwise, we'd be broke. But we can afford a bit of an upgrade from bottom of the barrel. Again, pick your lifestyle price range. Overall, this is currently our favorite store. We recommend.
