If you go when it says there is a 10 minute wait that doesn't include the wait to put you into the system. Which is 10 minutes... and then you get the 10 minute wait on top of that. (which let's be really is more than 10 minutes) There is also a massive sign telling you to tip your stylist. Not a request. Not a suggestion. A demand. Rude much? I accept that it is something necessary but I don't want to have a big sign when I walk in. They don't have enough people and it is always busy. I go here to save money. I put up with all the issues for money. Not going to give a tip because you demand it.

I got up to leave since I didn't want to pay for a haircut I didn't like and they didn't make one tiny effort to try to work with me at all. Normally, I bring myself and my daughters here almost monthly and they've now they've lost 3 regular customers. Not a chance I'll give them another dime. What a waste! Now I am driving across the street to Super Cuts to actually get the haircut I was supposed to get an hour ago!
