It is run by a passionate woman who is a sewing expert and the classes she offers really help build a sense of community in the cap hill area. The space also offers studio rental space for artists looking for a place to work on their projects. They are also hosting a market for local artists this year. I'm hoping these events continue. Overall, I intend to become a regular at Summit Selvage.

I cannot properly state how little I would recommend this trash of a business. We rented a Penske…read moretruck with this facility as the return point, they are a registered Penske affiliate. This was a move from Las Vegas to Tacoma so it was a 26 foot truck with a car carrier. We were told by Penske that there would be no trouble returning the car carrier first since it's hard to unload a truck with the car carrier in its place behind the truck. We get there to return the car carrier and the 2 dimly lit lightbulbs they had employed there refused to allow us to return it. They told us we could go outside and call Penske if we didn't like their response. My wife and I both stepped outside, telling them we'd be right back. The minute we walked outside the 2 ladies shut and locked the door and closed the business leaving us standing outside in the rain with no ability to return or even discuss the manner. I've worked customer service for years and at no point do you leave a stranded customer like that, it was beyond unprofessional. I called the next day and they were completely unapologetic and could care less about trying to resolve the issues. This is a garbage business with garbage employees

There's a wonderful courtyard with a lots of seating and a BBQ, a gym, and our favorite - conference rooms and a community lounge which is can be reserved at no additional cost for a short time or the whole day either by the room, or the whole space. We use the conference rooms often as they have a conf phone, screen for presentations which you can easily connect your laptop to, and a full kitchen just outside. The property manager is friendly and helpful, as well as the maintenance team who is quick and reliable. We've had all positive experiences here, and the other companies throughout the lofts are full of friendly people as well. Being here feels more like home than your typical office building - a welcomed difference vs the typical rental space.

They absolutely love to go and are always talking about how much fun they have when they are there. My 6 year old got to go for the first time this summer and she was over the moon about it.
