At this point, I called corporate office to cancel the service. The next day, I received a call from the local manager but still never received onboarding information. Lo and behold, I receive an invoice from them after cancelling. Of course, I have to cancel online via their portal which I was never given access to until the invoice arrived a month after cancelling. At the same time their agreement states that you cannot cancel within the year and that you are liable for the full year of virtual service. Do not do business with this company if you can avoid it.
