The onsite security and valet staff have always been respectful, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, my final experience was disappointing and unacceptable. During my office move-out, property within the building was damaged while movers were relocating furniture. Instead of addressing the issue responsibly, Jason Laurence (Republic Center) responded with sarcasm, dismissive remarks, and no willingness to take accountability or help resolve the situation. After reaching out to Christen Piazza (Republic Center) for assistance, I was met with further unprofessionalism. She was notably rude and made it clear that the building would not be taking any financial responsibility for the damage. To complicate matters, the building is now claiming that the move was not properly scheduled, even though the management company (Regus) has confirmed that it was. At this point, I've been left with no choice but to escalate the issue and file a claim in small claims court, where a judge will ultimately decide responsibility. It's incredibly disappointing to have this be the closing chapter of my time in the building. Years of respectful tenancy were met with avoidable conflict, a lack of accountability, and unprofessional behavior from certain members of management. Professionalism should never be selective, especially when a tenant is simply seeking a fair resolution. All and all Regus was great but the building it's within is not.

The agreement states that I as an EXP agent could utilize the common areas of any Regus shared office space for free to meet clients due to EXP's partnership with Regus. I visited the Regus location on 2911 Turtle Creek Blvd Suite 300, Dallas, TX 75219 and was met by the manager who showed me around. I explained that I was with EXP Realty and the manager claimed that he knew all about the EXP Realty's relationship with Regus. The manager informed me that I would still be billed 109.00 per month. I asked why would I be charged 109.00 and he basically stated that its a discounted rate for EXP Realty agents(I found out months later that this information was false). Needless to say I signed up and a few months later during an open discussion with other agents I found out that Regus should not be charging me anything for a virtual office. Apparently agents across the country are being charged by Regus unnecessarily. I left EXP Realty after a few months of being with there brokerage. I reached out to Regus Help Desk and found out I have 2 Regus account numbers(Really?). One of the forms I filled out during my onboarding with EXP Realty was a document providing me with my Regus account number. Which explains why I had two account numbers. I received a call from there collections department Nationwide Recovery Systems (Jessie 972-798-1000 ext 2204) stating that they were filing a lawsuit against me as the owner of EXP Realty. I explained I wasn't the owner of EXP Realty. Jenny stated that her documents stated that I am. I explained that I was an agent of EXP and have no authority to sign for EXP Realty and then it all came together, The manager of Regus could not add me to Regus since I was already a member,so I was put it as the owner(Wow). Jenny of National Recovery Systems could not understand what EXP Realty was as a company and made a threat of legal action. Jessie kept trying to tell me that I was the owner and was responsible. I asked her to google EXP Realty website and she will not only find out who the true owner was but also be able to view the agreement with EXP Realty and Regus. Jessie response was "anyone can put anything on Google". I invited to send all documentation to her including what I signed with EXP Realty and Regus and she refused. I'm now waiting on the 30 day letter from National Recovery Systems. Our entire conversation was recorded through an app on my phone and can be used in my case. I post this as a warning to anyone thinking of utilizing Regus as a virtual office to save yourself a headache and look elsewhere.

Good security with badges required to use the elevator after normal business hours. The only downside is that the AC, heat, and lights are automatically turned off during non-traditional working hours and weekends. My initial term was fine overall. I did not use the office much even then, but as the term was…read moreending I chose to stay, assuming I could terminate later if my situation changed. That turned out not to be the case. This is not a traditional lease but a license agreement that automatically renews for another 12 months if notice is not given at the end of the initial term. There is no new lease to sign and no early termination or buyout option, so you remain financially responsible for the full renewal period. I barely used the office before, have not used it at all since October 2025, and after relocating over an hour away it is now completely unreasonable for me to travel back just to use the space. They said they could rent the space to someone else if someone is interested, but based on how their agreement is structured and how strongly it ensures you stay financially obligated it honestly makes little sense to expect that. They have multiple vacant offices they can rent out while continuing to charge you, so realistically they want you to stay financially responsible even while presenting it as if they are helping. If you stay beyond the initial term, make sure nothing in your situation might change because you could easily end up paying for a space you no longer use.

They do not take responsibility for anything, including returning deposits as written in the Lease Agreement. The reps (Shannon and Kylan) refuse to let tenants talk directly with the CEO when there's an issue. The top management may very well be aware of the problem and do nothing about. It trickles down from there. Most recent issue is getting back our initial deposit. Lease Agreement states it will be returned within 60 days of the end of the lease term. That has not happened. Have inquired several times and get excuses that accounting is backed up. Then a real smart middle manager (Kylan) tried to re-state the Agreement in non-sensible language and absolutely stupid terms that do not exist anywhere. She should be fired immediately for that BS. May take a lawsuit to resolve this issue. Lucid Private Offices have been dishonest and unethical in our experience.

And to top it all off, I got a great monthly rent on a outside office (meaning I have a window to the outside! They really beat the others on value for the dollar. At this point, I called corporate office to cancel the service. The next day, I received a call from the local manager but still never received onboarding information. Lo and behold, I receive an invoice from them after cancelling. Of course, I have to cancel online via their portal which I was never given access to until the invoice arrived a month after cancelling. At the same time their agreement states that you cannot cancel within the year and that you are liable for the full year of virtual service. Do not do business with this company if you can avoid it. You can find much better options than this Wework failure.
