The building is gorgeous with various pieces of art throughout the facility. My all time favorite is the glass floor on the second floor that I can look up to from my suite. Always clean, warm and friendly. Both coffee and water provided for tenants and guest. They also provide wifi, washer, dryer and fridge complimentary for tenants . Sandeep(the owner) is the best landlord ever. Always one phone call and text away whenever needed. He made my transition to this place so smooth and easy. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a salon suite or office space. You will not be disappointed.

Maybe all of regus, maybe not. I wouldn't recommend dealing with Mandi at this location though. Right now I'm out about $1,500. We'll see if they keep ignoring me and charge me rent again next month despite me notifying them within a few days of moving in that we wanted to cancel verbally and via email. Haven't heard a peep yet since I told Mandi that. I'm due back 2 months deposit and they just hit my card for what I'm assuming is next months rent today, but I don't really know because I can't get anyone above the receptionist on the phone or via email. Mandi's number says it's disconnected despite the receptionist telling me Mandi is perfectly fine and working. I'd try one of their up and coming competitors if I need temporary office space again. Also I'll be smarter and make them PROVE what they can provide IT wise before I sign a contract. If you just need basic internet you're probably fine, but if you need to vpn back to a company headquarters, they'll tell you no problem but good luck getting it actually done when you move in. If I could do 0 stars I would.
