My advice to whoever wants to use this company is DON'T…read more How they have five stars is shocking. Pretty sure they had people write a review during the first month of service. They lock you into a contract. You would think they would send an email stating your contract will renew 2 months from now so if you didn't need there service anymore you could tell them. I called 2 months ago to cancel service, and the girl said okay. I had her send me an email stating that I cancelled and know there saying I should have called a month earlier. Now I'm supposed to pay for 6 more months and I' dont need them anymore. So unfair I'm talking about there answering service by the way

We came to Venture X for a birthday party for some friends who rented the main room. Food and…read moredrinks were catered and a DJ was setup, with ample seating for the 40 or so attendees. We had no direct contact with employees. Venture X appears to be a shared work space for professionals. There were smaller private rooms setup for work as well as conference-room sized spaces with large glass walls. None of these were accessible for our gathering. The room was well suited for the party. As multi-purpose venues go, it's modern, clean, and versatile. Parking was easy enough in the retail spaces surrounding the storefront, which is shared with other businesses in a strip center adjoining a large apartment parking garage. Additional parking is available inside the garage as well. I can't speak to the workspace services offered, but we had a good experience on the venue side.

This has been a horrible experience from top to bottom TLDR;…read moreexcessive hidden fees, bad customer service, lies/withholding of truth, beautiful common area, expensive shoebox sized office First, I am victim of the bait and switch by being told I could have a smaller office for less rent. Then the day I wanted to sign all of a sudden two bigger and more expensive offices are all that are available. I was told I could cover my glass wall to give my clients privacy then told I couldn't do it. I was not once told about the $60 parking fee for each month. When I was billed this after signing, it put me out of budget but I couldn't do anything about it because I had already signed the lease. Things are broken constantly. The dishes are dirty after being run through the dishwasher. The offices are frigid. I was sold the lie that I could customize my office for free with DYO furniture. Then told I had to pay for it and it was on back order even though I can see plenty of couches in unused offices. Then after I filled out a survey talking about this, magically a couch is available and was delivered while I was session interrupting my work. The front desk is as helpful as they can be and I know these things are out of their control. There is a reason the occupancy is so low here. This is not a place I would ever recommend someone work. While expressing these concerns throughout on their surveys, all that's been done is I was offered a rate higher than my current rate at a "discount". Spaces appears to be a company with bad customer service and money grabbing wherever they can from SMALL BUSINESSES.

You don't move to the City of Excellence to be average. Thank God I ain't average!…read more I moved into my new home in Plano two weeks ago and the water towers say it all. I'm right where I belong, in the City of Excellence ;) here's the thing... you aren't excellent if you aren't leaning in to help others. I'm passionate about a ton of things, giving back to others is one of the most important. I rescheduled my every 56 days blood donation to a nearby American Red Cross but being in my new town for two weeks seeing all that it gives, I knew it was time to research how I can make an immediate impact. North Texas Food Bank was a result of my research and I'm so excited about today's effort. After relocating I suppose it's quite fitting to select "Pack and Box" it's literally all I'd been doing the past few weeks, why stop now?!! I had the greatest first time volunteer experience. I signed up last night right before bed because and knew I was going to the gym at 6a with my neighbor so I selected the 1p (arrive by 1230p) time slot. Creating a new volunteer account was super straight forward. I was adding this event to my calendar within minutes. I was greeted by the sweetest ladies upon arrival, offered a locker key (wear a fanny pack if you don't have pockets and wish to bring your phone in) as you aren't wearing aprons. I left my phone in the locker. We did a brief orientation, hand washing and then volunteered for our assignments. I've put together a ton of boxes lately, so I opted for packing. I'm not certain I've ever handled so much boxed milk in my entire lifetime! I was first in the assembly line working hand in hand with Apple juice volunteer and let me just say, we did the damn thang!!! It was such a fun experience I never took a single break. My right arm will soon remind me of this fact. We packed 960 boxes, totaling 20 pallets, weighing 28,800 lbs, creating 24,000 meals! I'm a numbers nerd and love the data following your shift. It makes it that much more rewarding. Impact you can see and feel. There were several corporate groups, families and solo volunteers. Everyone was very kind. I'll definitely be volunteering here on a regular basis as my schedule provides. Thank you so much North Texas Food Bank! As a foodie, meals for those in need is a cause I hold near and dear to my heart. Highly recommend if you're looking to serve others. There are a variety of opportunities. I selected this one today but I may explore others in the near future. Hands down a superb way to spend 3 hours, and the warehouse is nice and cool on a warm day. Perfect place to volunteer in the summer (:

The building is the size of 4 football fields, so it's massive. It felt so good to give back to our community. Please consider volunteering if you can, it's super easy to sign up and the process was super smooth.
