I asked for a quote and they prepared one straight away and helped guide me on the choices. I then went in for a prepay burial and Matt was not in the office on the weekend but came out to meet me and we finalized the pre-pay. Anne helped coordinate with the Church, the folks at Washington Crossing Vet Cemetary, the Marine Honor Guard and provided me a contact for a bag piper. The viewing and mass were done on the same day and in the Church and then we drove over to Washington Crossing. The team at the funeral were helpful in setting up items, directing guests and had all the items for me in a bag to take home - funeral thank you cards, the register, the pictures I had and the death certificates. I am not local to PA and Anne kept me up to date on the progress, the times and provided the itineray via email and phone calls. She was a rock star.

More than $900 is allotted for the hole to be dug. Our son passed away October 27th, 2023 and we would like to bury his ashes, this coming October 27th, which happens to fall on a Sunday. When I called the office to arrange for a hole to be dug to accommodate a box of 12" x 12" x 12", for that Sunday, we were advised that there would be an additional charge of $600 (making a total of $1600 to have a hole dug to accommodate a 12" x 12" x 12" box on a Sunday, rather than Monday-Friday. When I asked to have the hole dug on that Friday, being present to cover the opening (of 12" x 12") with a tarp and some rocks to hold it in place, I was told that wouldn't be feasible either. We are going to visit the owner - Mr. Andrew Rosen and the office manager, Sherrie - to ask why this egregious and greedy opportunism? Two stars is generous for a place that takes advantage of people's heartache. If it were not for my husband's parents and uncle already buried there, there would be absolutely no way we would use their despicable services.
