Very poor song selection. If it's not in some aisian language or the song doesn't have the n word in it the song is probably not in the system. And the system is incredibly hard to use for no reason. The staff are nice but incredibly weird. I personally don't recommend this place read more

Technology was hard to figure out and song selection was incredibly limited. If you can figure out how to navigate to the 'all songs" list and lean into working with what's offered, it's a fun place to sing with your friends. read more

First thing I would like to say is that the vibe of this place is very off the staff is weird and kept popping in for no reason other than to be nosy. When you pay for the room they give you a plate of fruit which was Orange and watermelon slices that seemed like they were days old and soggy and some bagged pretzels. Second they went ahead and tipped themselves to the room rental without asking us which came out to a total of 100$+ they say the hour is 40$ but they don't allow you to book an hour and ask for a minimum 2 hours. Not to mention that they had very limited songs. Extremely limited. Actually the dumbest experience. When we were about to leave my boyfriend was waiting for me while I used the restroom in the open area and they tried to get him to leave by asking why he was still there. I will say this, save your money enjoy karaoke at home do not go here. Extremely overpriced and mid. read more

The definition of karaoke is: "a form of entertainment, offered typically by bars and clubs, in which people take turns to sing popular songs into a microphone over prerecorded backing tracks." With that being said, this place does not a karaoke bar make. The aesthetic was super cute! I loved the decor and the private rooms were big and luxe. No main stage karaoke anymore, which is a bummer. When you search this place on Google it says: "Sing-along tunes offered in a roomy, dark cocktail bar with Day-Glo lighting, plus private rooms." Which is inaccurate, since there is no main stage karaoke anymore. It seems like every karaoke bar nowadays is going the private room route which is cool, but there's something to be said about singing on a stage in front of strangers. I feel like karaoke loses a bit of fun when it's just singing in private rooms with people you know. The price was affordable. It was $120ish for two hours and 8 people which is a great price. Included in that was a tray of fresh fruit and pretzels which was honestly amazing. A+ for getting our money's worth. The microphones and the music volume was insanely loud which was good. I truly felt like I was at a concert. It had cute lighting in the rooms too and everything felt clean. My problem lies with the songs. We all know the song selection makes or breaks the experience and the song selection was abysmal. They barely had any songs. They mostly had the most popular song you know from your favorite artist. They barely had any new(ish) artists. The music videos played with the songs which was cute. And you could add applause, cheers, or boos at the end of the songs which was hilarious. The user interface of the system was so frustrating. You had to search by the initials of artists and songs. So if I'm looking for Lady Gaga, I'd search LG. Or "The Winner Takes it All", I'd search TWTIA. The system was so frustratingly specific. Don't look for Jeezy because it doesn't exist in the system and it doesn't give you suggestions or close spellings. Jeezy was under Young Jeezy. We looked for an Outkast song that didn't happen to be under Outkast as the artist: it was under MTV for some reason. The biggest kicker was that there were no true karaoke tracks. All of the songs had the singers actually singing it and we sang over the singers. That's what brings the rating down the most for me. Overall, it was an okay time. But the next time I'm in Cleveland, I'll be looking for a better spot. read more

Galaxy KTV is a classic Asian karaoke bar! I visited with a large group for a friend's birthday, and we had a blast! They have a large selection of both Chinese songs as well as classic American Pop hits. Since we are in a larger room, they provided us with snacks: pretzels, potato chips, and a platter of fresh fruit. They also have a bar in the main area where you can get a variety of simple drinks! Definitely recommend if you're looking for a great karaoke time! read more

I absolutely love it here. This place is awesome. They have a real life stage for u to sing on. They also have a great song selection to choose from and to have lots of fun with. Talk about a performance lol read more

We went last night for a belated birthday party. When we arrived we were greeted by two very nice employees. Apparently there was some sort of mix up with our original reservation but since there were less of us they were able to put us into a smaller room than originally requested. I myself had never been to a private karaoke place so I was thrilled to try it out. The karaoke box was pretty easy to figure out. My sister did go ask how to remove the singers voices from the songs tho. The room had a really cool strobe effect going on. They had a long comfy couch and a coffee table. It was almost like doing karaoke at home with your group of friends or family. They brought in some chips and a tray with watermelon and orange slices which was awesome as our throats dried out from so much singing. They do have a bar and I believe they sell energy drinks as well as some snack type foods. We got the room for two hours and when the time was close they came in and told us. read more

Galaxy is so cool! I had never seen a place solely dedicated to karaoke, and I'm surprised there aren't more around. When you walk in, there is a bar, a small stage, and seating all around to watch and enjoy the show. Past the front room are hallways of private karaoke rooms, which my group opted for. The room was big enough and had enough seating for our group of 12. We were given complimentary fruit and snacks, and drinks we ordered were brought to our room. The private rooms are really cool to look at (see the pictures I've attached), and made the experience of karaoke a lot more fun for us - we could act as silly as we wanted without worrying about other people around. You pay by the hour for the room, but it only came out to $12 a person for two hours, which we thought was a good deal. Karaoke has never been my thing, but I would love to return to Galaxy. Even if you just go to observe and sing along with your friends, you will absolutely have a blast! read more

This was my first time here last night... And I'm going to give my honest opinion about the entire visit... When you walk in, it's decorated really nice the ambience is awesome I really like the lighting very clean. We had a group of about 10, so we had a private room... Very small if you have that many people... zero ventilation so it gets extremely hot... We sat in our room for a good 15 minutes wondering why no one came in to us only to find out that you have to literally go to the bar, meaning, leave your private room to go to the bar to order every single thing you want... After the annoyance of finding out that we have to order everything ourselves, we get to the bar only to find out that they are out of multiple food options??? I don't even understand how it's possible to run out of Ramen when you're located two steps away from a literal grocery store that sells copious amounts of ramen... we ended up going with the edamame, it was cold when it came out :) the fruit tray was nice! We had potato wavy chips too hahaha just felt very high school on the food options... The tall white American bartender was extremely nice very accommodating, friendly talkative... The shorter Asian was extremely rude and distasteful. Not very fun to have to keep leaving my room instead of karaokeing aka what I'm paying for to order all of my drinks every 15 mins :) The computer system that they use to look up songs, artist, groups, etc. is extremely difficult to figure out... It took a lot of time for all of us to try to find a song not very user-friendly at all. Again, if you have more than five people, I would not recommend renting one of the small rooms because it gets extremely hot and overheated and crowded in those rooms. Very small proximity to try to dance and sing karaoke. Also, I might add you can't even hear yourself singing. I don't know if that was on our end or their end but the microphone volume was extremely low but once again, we could not find anyone to help us because the bartender literally couldn't leave the bar. Not really sure if I would ever come back here... Especially because we spent SO much money... You rent a private room only to be told you have to serve yourself... And when you try to order things they're out? Not very fun My group definitely made the best of it but I think that they need to improve on a few areas. read more

It is time to live out your Korean karaoke party dreams! This is a fun place for a night out or private party just come with appropriate expectations. I was invited to a farewell celebration in early 2019 held in a private room and had a great time. My overall rating is a little low because there or several small things that could be improved: -The food was boring and seemed to be an after thought (fruit and pizza bites). -Our group spoke English only and had to use trial and error when selecting songs because the machine is primarily in Korean. For many in my group this was not an issue but some found it frustrating. -In the room there is a button that notifies staff that patrons would like to order drinks/food but beware, a very loud noise will sound disrupt any singing and conversation in the room. The best way to order is to leave the room and go to the main bar. Not ideal. +On a positive note, the drinks are very affordable and staff bring ordered food directly to the room. read more

Went to Galaxy on a Friday night with some girlfriends and enjoyed a good time. The venue is spacious and we had the place to ourselves for the first few hours. A couple groups were in the private rooms but I reckon the walls are incredibly sound proof as we couldn't hear them and they didn't complain about our poor singing abilities. The karaoke song selections are great BUT the music videos they are on the TV screens are, um, interesting. Occasionally they have concert footage of the artist or the actual music video that accompanies the song but most often it's strange videos of women from the 1990s that just don't fit the vibe. In one case it looked like a some sort of Catholic mass or religious ceremony. I guarantee you we were not singing gospel so..yeah. Also, the lyrics for every song aren't available (we had to pull them up on our phone on at least two occasions) which make singing along kinda challenging. Lastly, it's a $10 cover fee for the evening and it includes a drink valued at $7 or less. The bar foods/drinks aren't anything to rave about, especially for the price. All things considered however, it's a good time. There's only one Beyonce but that shouldn't stop us from trying to give her a run for her money! read more

I'm so glad that an Asian-style karaoke place opened up in Cleveland! I know there are some bars around Cleveland that do karaoke nights, but it's a totally different experience when you have a private room and can pick endless songs! Their rooms are really spacious and fancy looking, so it doesn't feel like a dive bar karaoke experience at all. No need to feel self-conscious either, since you're only singing in front of your friends. And as a plus, you have your food / drinks right by you for easy access while you sing ;) They have a great selection of both English and Asian songs here. I think there's also some app you can use on your phone to add songs you want to sing, so it's pretty easy to find/add songs & you'll definitely be able to find a song for you! The owners are also really nice and have provided complimentary fruit platters the few times I've been here. Even if you aren't an amazing singer, I think you can have a really fun time at Galaxy. If you're looking for a fun activity to do with your friends, I definitely recommend checking this place out! read more

The Karaoke experience in Cleveland has just been elevated! As far as I am aware, this is the only Karaoke bar in the Northeast Ohio area with multiple private party rooms. I went here with a party of 8, and we reserved a room for 2 hours to sing our hearts out, and indeed we did. This place has a huge song selection with plenty of American artists and top Billboard hits. The search function on the machine in our room took some time to get used to because most of the buttons were labeled in Chinese, but just look for the symbols 外国 to find your English-speaking artists and songs. I was very entertained by the actual MTV music videos while singing the songs. Disco night lighting and comfy lounge seating were fantastic perks. Loved the pseudo-tambourine made out of dice in a jar - we couldn't get enough of this percussion to throw down our beats. They also have a bunch of Chinese and Korean songs in their selection if you are seeking an "Asian drama emotional karaoke scene" experience. Will definitely return to do just that. read more

While I can't spout off song lyrics like my friends, I have a great appreciation for this place. Singing along with top notch Karoake sound systems you can hear Beyoncé and Ed Sheeran sound alikes! No one is made to feel dumb, you could literally be absolutely sound deaf and can't carry on a tune and people would still clap. You can rent a private room for you and your friends for minimum 2 hours for a modest price or pay 10 dollars (which included a free drink when I went) for the main room. They have bottle service and allow food to be brought in. Great place for a bigger party where everyone wants to have a good time! The owner is awesome and is down to have a good time!! Make friends, be merry and sing your heart out!! read more

I had a blast at Galaxy! My friends and I booked the VIP room, which fits about 14 to 20 people. We received complimentary chips and fruit platters. The room was clean and spacious and you also have the option to set the colorful room lighting how you want it. We were given three microphones to sing our hearts out with. We spent 2 hours there and time seemed to go by very quick. Their karaoke machine has a wide variety of English songs, from old to new. I was disappointed on their limited selection of Vietnamese songs though. I noticed that it was pretty empty on a Friday night. All of the other private rooms were empty and there were less than ten people in the main bar area. Hopefully more people start coming here because it is an awesome place to hang out at! read more

I love this place. Private spaces to have a small or large party and sing all the classic songs you love. They have everything old and new emo, pop, classic rock, country, whatever you're into and more. The company wheeled in a freaking cart of delicious fruit out of nowhere and Sing, the owner, gave us an extra half hour in the house just because we were polite and we came in on a slow night. We had him sing a song too and he has a voice of gold! If you like fun if any kind, rent a room and have a blast here. You will not be disappointed! read more

This was one of the most fun times I've had. I went with five friends and we got a small room and split the price! It only ended up being under 20$ each which was very affordable and worth every penny!! We had a ton of fun in the area and loved the ~vibez~ of the karaoke bar. I would highly recommend this to anyone who loves to jam out with their homies (and anyone who loves Fresh Fruit! because they have that too!!) There are so many songs to choose from (though the English songs are mostly throwback songs and finding Kpop songs was harder than anticipated). It helps if someone in your group can read Chinese, but it's not necessary haha. Go and sing!! read more

For lovers of the Art of Karaoke, this place will rock your world!! It is a new place for Karaoke parties and everything about it is world-class 5-stars! There are cheaper places around to Karaoke, but they probably don't have the private rooms, the sound-and-light systems, or the ambiance (I love smoke machines!) I have 1 or 2 things they could fix. Galaxy should have a quiet booth (or something) to discuss with patrons the Galaxy rules, its prices, and the end-of-the-night tallying of the bill (the biggest challenge in any service establlshment, but made more difficult when you have to Scream!!) I was in a private room, but my friend was told to pay cash only at the front bar. No big deal, but it kinda hurt my buddy's feelings : ( Please explain rules for us newcomers to Galaxy without having to Yell Very Loudly!! The Karaoke machines are awesome, but mysterious. Are there song lists? Galaxy otherwise is World-Class, with very nice owners and Employees who exceed expectations. The service is fantastic -- more than 5-Stars! I recommend that you Karaoke at the Galaxy today! read more

I had a lot of fun here with friends. The place is really nice and well built. I feel like the place was a bit over priced for the amount of songs they have for you. All the foreign songs lyrics are only in their native language. Doesnt have many current songs. Forced gratuity with large groups. read more

Best spot for karaoke in Cleveland so far. Freaking awesome environment is so fun. People there are sooo friendly

With the right group of people, this spot can be fire. Had a great time with a good group of 10 in a private room. We asked politely if we could order pizza from an outdoor venue and they let us. F you want late night karaoke in Cleveland, then come here! read more

On Friday September 16th I planned a gathering with 8 of my coworkers. We are all over the age of 30 and just wanted to hang out and have a good time. This was my second time going there so I expected the same great customer service, which I did not receive. When we arrive there were two men at the bar. I spoke to the shorter guy, told him who I was. He didn't smile and had nasty tone. The taller guy jumped in and showed us to our room. We get settle and make our way to the bar. The taller gentleman nicely waited on us. While the shorter, I am assuming Asian guy just stood there. He stood there until another group of folks who happened to be Caucasian stepped to the bar. He gladly with a smile waited on them. I noticed that and asked are you able yo take order and I gave him mine. Now the taller Asian gentlemen still had at least four of my co-workes to help. The only time the shorted guy assisted was when my co-worker questioned the size if the glass being different from what's in the picture. The food was brought to us and when asked for paper towels we were given a box of Klenex. Again the taller gentlemen was nicer. The lack of customer service we received in comparison to others was very disappointing. As Black women we sat there and discussed it all. From this we are looking into creating something similar that everyone is treated with respect. The fruit tray was good, and so was the other food. We had fun singing however they must add more songs to their category. If the shorter guy who was there is the owner that's really sad. Although we had fun singing I would never recommend this place because of the way we were treated read more

Great place for having Karaoke night with your friends/family but unfortunately this place had very limited song choices :( I called to see if they have Vietnamese songs and was told that they do with their "special" machine yet when I got there with a huge group of friends (18 ppl) there isn't much viet songs available beside some of the old songs!! Very disappointed! Also the direction was all in Chinese so it's was kind difficult to look for songs overall. read more

This place was so nice and close to the highway! I never knew this place was here until the word of mouth came around my way. The rooms and menu prices are a bit on the pricey side and I definitely wish they still did the BYOB like back in the day. It didn't seem so busy so we got a room fairly quick. They automatically serve you fruit, a plate of potato chips, and a plate of shrimp chips. Definitely awesome gesture bc I always want something to nibble on when I drink. The rooms are nice and spacious with high ceilings. They have these colored lights in each room to make you feel like a star when you sing. There is a coffee button on the side of the wall near the door that you push to get service. As soon as you push it, someone comes to your door in like 3-5 minutes to grab your order. Sometimes it's so loud in the room that you need to speak super loud to your server so they can get the correct order. The owner was super nice and helpful and very accommodating to our every need/questions. Definitely want to come here for my next birthday celebration!! read more

there were some technical difficulties but they gave us a free hour...i wish there was more of a song selection
