Rize All: Where quiet kids dance!…read more We came in with our nervous, quiet kid who surprised us when he decided to join a hip hop class. Ms. Mona and Julia welcomed him with positivity and kindness, helping him feel comfortable in minutes. As soon as class started, he was grooving! As performance day arrived I feared he would lose confidence but he jumped on stage with a HUGE smile and pride! Rize All isn't just about dance--it's about confidence and pure joy. P.S. If you're on the fence--do it. What have you got to lose?

Parking is typically pretty easy to find in the large shopping center they're in. We signed her up for their once a week introduction to dance class. She loved her classmates and instructor and wanted to do their recital in June. The class provided a lot of valuable life lessons. She learned and had several things reiterated: confidence, human kindness, paying attention, respect, responsibility, timeliness, and trying your hardest. Their waiting room is exceptionally small, and they prefer you drop off and pick up your child after class. Unfortunately, that's not realistic for her due to some separation anxiety issues, but we'll continue working on it. Starbucks and Walgreens are both within walking distance for those who are able to drop off their child or children. They sell a variety of ballet and dance apparel and shoes. The recital costumes were reasonably priced and absolutely gorgeous. Tickets were also reasonably priced, and the show was well planned and executed. Our daughter's dance partner bailed on her before the second show, and her instructor Mona helped instill the confidence in her to perform a solo rendition that she did a fantastic job with. She's excited to begin class again in August after soccer is over and to perform again in December's recital.

After firsthand experience as a grandparent, I feel compelled to speak up because the concerns…read moreraised in recent reviews are not isolated. The facility is consistently unclean and poorly maintained. In today's climate--especially in spaces serving children--basic cleanliness and supplies should be non-negotiable. That standard is simply not met here. While the owners often emphasize that they "donate" their time, this is irrelevant to families paying for a service. Clients are not responsible for a business's internal sacrifices. If an academy positions itself as elite, it should reflect that through professional staffing, preparedness, structure, and a clean, safe environment. Classes feel inconsistent and under-prepared, communication is minimal, and expectations are unclear. Clients are left guessing instead of feeling informed and confident. The shared bathroom situation raises legitimate safety concerns, especially for young children when parents are unavailable. This issue is dismissed rather than addressed, which is troubling. Most parents and grandparents do not leave negative reviews lightly. The volume and consistency of critical feedback across multiple locations should give prospective families pause. Ultimately, there are many well-run, professional dance studios in the area that prioritize structure, safety, communication, and respect for families. This was not one of them. My grandchildren will not be returning.

Thankfully I did not sign. The woman i signed up with and paid is actually one of the people who put a positive review which leads to more questions on the validity of their already limited positive reviews.I would never recommend this place to anyone. There are so many amazing dance studios in the area, why settle for way below par.Stay far away!

After consistently taking their yoga, Pilates, weights, stretching, and boxing classes, I'm now 170-180 lbs and feel stronger, more energized, and nearly pain-free. I burn around 800-900 calories in the Pilates/weights classes and use yoga and stretch classes to recover, which is an amazing balance for building muscle, improving stamina, and increasing flexibility. The infrared heat helps me warm up safely and avoid injuries. The staff here is incredibly friendly, supportive, and committed to helping you become your best self. They'll push you, encourage you, and celebrate every step of your journey. Highly recommend joining if you're ready for real results.

This studio has genuinely become a special place for me…read more I've taken classes with most of the instructors here, and every single one has been welcoming, supportive, and truly focused on their clients. They motivate without pressure and always remind you to slow down, breathe, and surrender to the mat. In a joking way, I tell people that all of them have become my therapists, because somehow they always share the exact words I need at the right time. Over time, I've come to really see and hear the instructors and the heart they put into every class. I appreciate them more than they probably realize. Walking in feels less like going to a workout and more like showing up to see family. What stands out most to me is the awareness of mental health and emotional wellbeing. The way they combine movement, breath, and mindfulness makes each class feel like much more than just a workout. It truly feels like a space to heal. On a personal note, this studio has become an important part of my sobriety journey. The grounding, the sweat, the stillness, and the encouragement have helped me process, reset, and keep choosing healthier paths. I leave feeling clearer, calmer, and supported. If you're looking for a studio that challenges you physically while supporting you as a whole person, this is the place. I'm so grateful I found it. Thank you Carrie, Rodney, Mary, Amy, Lowella, Asnah, Vicky, Vanessa, Ron, Hallie, Lilian, Laura, Lydda, and the rest of the amazing Uplift team. From the bottom of my heart to yours, namaste.

The studio jacket cost didn't include the logo painting fee. I paid $15 for the recital pictures. I got the website link and a password. I need to print pictures by myself. Besides the group photo, my daughter was only in 3 photos (another girl was only in 1). I was told my daughter is not the main character in the recital. That's understandable. But for the same price, main character gets hundreds of photos while we get 3. Is that fair? Be careful of what you say and ask. Since my daughter just started her ballet class, I was considering whether should let her to join the recital. They emailed me that every student will participate (I know another student's parent didn't decide yet). I never had any complaints to the faculty in the studio or through the email. I just asked 2 questions about the recital to the faculty and shared my displeasure with another parent, who in turn complained to the ownership. The next day, my daughter was expelled from the school due to my "rude behavior questioning" and "spreading negative news". I have never had a horrible service like that. I would choose zero star for this studio.
