It's unfortunate that I have to write this review because I have ordered delivery from this place…read moreonce before and the service was fantastic. Unfortunately, today, I decided to order delivery again and this time my experience was terrible. I was at home waiting for my items to arrive when I received a text message stating that my product had been delivered well unfortunately it was never delivered to my residence. I immediately contacted their delivery app service, which is Sauce, and spoke to someone via chat and there was really nothing they could do for me. They stated they tried to contact the delivery driver, but unfortunately, he was unreachable. I then reached out directly to Cloud 9five4 and the gentleman who answered the phone pretty much told me I had to reach out to their delivery service, which I had already done. He took my phone number down and said that he would reach out to his boss and that he would call me back...well it is now 7 PM and I never got a call back. I've been waiting to hear back from someone since 12:30pm. I never received my product, but my card was definitely charged. So be AWARE that this could very easily happen to you when you order delivery from here. I have since then reached out to my bank opened a claim and they will be taking care of the Situation. UPDATE: I received a call from Cloud9five4 early this morning. The gentleman stated they were sending out a delivery to my home with my missing product. I was very appreciative of the effort made to make things right. This gave me the assurance that if anything ever goes wrong they will be sure to take care of it all while providing great customer service.

Ever since I read in Consumer Reports that CBD oil (cannabiol) may reduce inflammation, I've been…read morerunning around to so-called "head shops" checking out their offerings. One of the shops that has really impressed me has been Social Smoke & Vape Lounge. As I don't smoke and I don't vape, I didn't think it would have anything that would interest me but to my surprise it had the best in line of CBD supplements I've been able to find. And finding good ones now isn't all that easy as they seem to have become all the rage. The store clerk couldn't have been more polite or helpful showing me the complete line of CBD offers which ranged from vary strengths in eye dropper type bottles to what I purchased being 1000mg Gummy Bear candies. As of the moment I have no idea whether or not they will work but I've always liked candy, particularly Swedish Fish and Gummy Bear. So, at least I will get to enjoy them. I'm just hoping it might be at least as effective as the fish oil and turmeric supplement routines but I know far better than doing aspirin, Naprosyn or such other such stuff. Over all I found Social Smoke & Vape Lounge to be one of the better such places and we're lucky to have right here on The Drive.

The manager there is very knowledgeable on the products and takes his time with each customer to ensure that they are getting what they look for. Great customer service and communication with customers. Makes you feel happy and remembers you as a consumer pretty much after one purchase. That is always a great feeling! The entire staff wears their masks and provide sanitizer. They have you use your device prior to leaving to make sure there isn't any issue. The whole location is very clean and organized. If you are within the area is one of the nicer shops although it is pricey*. Overall, 10/10 for the shop.

I can could tell it was a counterfeit before I checked the box because all the counterfeits have the same taste, this didn't even taste like the same vape. Disappointing because I finally thought I had found a store that doesn't do this foolishness. I know they are counterfeit because I scanned the QR code on the box. I'm not sure if it's their distributor but someone should definitely look into that. A waste of money because I'm not gonna continue to smoke a product when I don't know what's in it.
