I wish I could give this place a -5 stars. To start, I just purchased a small glass item from here,…read morethey call it a nectar collector, as I went home and first unboxed the item and used it exactly how the product is intended, the product cracked immediately, first thought is that the product had a defect because I have owned many of these same devices and I know how to use properly. I get up to take back immediately to the store and the same gentleman I purchased the product from was still on his shift, so I explained it to him and he instantly looked at his manager who was standing there listening to me explain how this has to be a product defect and he was explaining that he did just sell it to me 30 minutes prior. The manager said no he could not replace it or swap it out for the part that was broken even though there was not residue or any staining on the product. I was astonished, I have never dealt with such bad business, the guy instantly knew he was being shady but did not care that he even lost a customer, sad part is I bought another item last month, over 100$$ worth of glass and I totally regret it and I do now realize it is very low quality glass. Overpriced cheap glass made in a sweat shop somewhere in a different country. This guy is a con artist do not go here and do not give him money, you will be very upset in the end. Go give the money to the small shop across the way from this place.

I don't have my card, but I showed my husband and I tried to show him my marriage certificate by law, if I can prove that I'm married, even with my husband's veteran, I still qualify for all his benefits. He took upon himself to be very rude, disgusting, calling names, told me he didn't give a damn, and I put a lot of people onto y'all's smoke shop, and guess what, we're all not coming back because of the one short American man I guess. I'm not racist. I'm bilingual. I multirace. The other lady, she had no problem doing it. Any other smoke shop that does military has never given me a problem when I showed my husband's military card because what are you gonna do with a military card? Go to jail. I really did like your aesthetics and the way you're building it inside it's done, but being talk to today the way I was talk to was very disgusting, making threats, and I told him to come outside if that's how customers have to be treated, guys don't need to be in business.
