It's unfortunate that I have to write this review because I have ordered delivery from this place…read moreonce before and the service was fantastic. Unfortunately, today, I decided to order delivery again and this time my experience was terrible. I was at home waiting for my items to arrive when I received a text message stating that my product had been delivered well unfortunately it was never delivered to my residence. I immediately contacted their delivery app service, which is Sauce, and spoke to someone via chat and there was really nothing they could do for me. They stated they tried to contact the delivery driver, but unfortunately, he was unreachable. I then reached out directly to Cloud 9five4 and the gentleman who answered the phone pretty much told me I had to reach out to their delivery service, which I had already done. He took my phone number down and said that he would reach out to his boss and that he would call me back...well it is now 7 PM and I never got a call back. I've been waiting to hear back from someone since 12:30pm. I never received my product, but my card was definitely charged. So be AWARE that this could very easily happen to you when you order delivery from here. I have since then reached out to my bank opened a claim and they will be taking care of the Situation. UPDATE: I received a call from Cloud9five4 early this morning. The gentleman stated they were sending out a delivery to my home with my missing product. I was very appreciative of the effort made to make things right. This gave me the assurance that if anything ever goes wrong they will be sure to take care of it all while providing great customer service.

TLDR: They sell tampered products and will not give a refund…read more On June 21, 2026, I purchased a dietary supplement called Active MGM Blend for $85.59. Immediately after leaving the store, I opened the product and observed that the safety seal had already been broken. Upon inspecting the contents, I discovered that the bottle did not contain the advertised supplement. Instead, it contained m&ms. I immediately returned to the store and informed an employee of the issue. To document the situation, I took photographs inside the store while the employee was holding the bottle. The employee then checked another bottle of the same product from store inventory and observed what appeared to be the same issue. The employee advised me that only the manager could authorize a refund and instructed me to return the following day. The next day, I returned to the store and spoke with the manager. I explained that I had purchased a product with a broken safety seal and contents that were not the advertised supplement. The manager refused to provide a refund or otherwise resolve the issue. When I expressed concern that the situation was serious and asked whether anything would be done about it, the manager laughed. I have contacted corporate to see if they'll do anything. Will update...

THIS IS THE 250 N FEDERAL HWY LOCATION-I frequent this shop since it is close to my home. Sunday…read more4/12 I went in to purchase a vape, Lost Mary Summer Grape. I made the purchase with no issues and left the store. I opened it the following day Monday 4/13. I removed the papers and took a draw, nothing... Tried again, nothing... I went to the store and asked for a replacement due to mine being defective. The employee denied me and I asked to reach out to a manager, 40 minutes later after being told multiple times, I came back on Tuesday 4/14. They said the manager was not in and they would be back the following morning 4/15, I went to the store, asked for the manager and she explains that I left the store and it can't be exchanged. You got the bad end of the stick, she says... This is really disappointing as I am now the one who lost money, the store could have went to the Manufacturer, made an exchange, took care of the customer but that is not what they do, they offer a discount off of a new product (so they still make more money) and say, it's just policy. I understand policy, I understand people scamming people out of goods or services but when you can look into a customers account due to them inputting the phone number in their system, they should be able to see and take care of a returning customer. My only comment is not to go to this smoke shop, they don't care nor want to care.

NO LOTTERY TICKETS HERE…read more... Small mom & pop, open until midnight, convenience store tucked away in the old but charming subdivision of Sailboat Bend. In the area for dinner near my inlaws house and found this store to cash in my winning Florida Lotto tickets. A few parking spaces and a wooden seating area out front. Super cramped inside but an enormous amount of inventory making use of every nook and cranny available. An entire wall of affordable wines really perked my interest upon entering with plenty of candy and soft drinks to satisfy any sweet tooth. Unfortunately, to my disappointment the clerk advised that the store never sold FL Lotto. Oh well, anyways this is the perfect place to grab something quick and head home.
