There were shade canopies along the queue but they were not deployed for some reason. Staff seemed a bit disorganized, groups were confused on where to go and given mixed directions from staff members. The experience on the boat was nice and we saw a variety of wildlife. The captain was knowledgeable and spotted alligators quickly. The gator show was fun but short. The host Paul was funny and engaging, the entire audience was captivated. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Our highlight was getting to hold a baby alligator and knowing that our money was going to one of the only no kill gator rescues!

To their credit, the guide later connected me with the first food stop and arranged for tacos and issued a full refund, which I appreciated. However, the bigger disappointment was the lost opportunity--I could have booked a drag show or another tour during that time instead of waiting. Customer service tried to make things right after the fact, but better planning, proactive communication, and respect for guests' time would have made a big difference.

Our guide, Marc, was energetic, extremely knowledgeable, and very considerate of our individual interests, which made the experience feel personal rather than scripted. Pickup was easy and convenient at a location near the Miami airport, and the clean, comfortable van made the drive across southern Florida along the Tamiami Trail enjoyable. The airboat ride was a highlight--we got up close and personal with alligators sunning themselves despite the chilly weather, which was unforgettable. The day ended with a phenomenal boat ride with an excellent captain on the west coast through and around the mangrove islands, where we saw dolphins, white pelicans, cormorants, and an impressive variety of other waterfowl. Overall, this was a highly educational and entertaining day from start to finish. A perfect way to experience the Everglades and Florida's unique ecosystems.
