Le dejamos esto clarísimo a Jessica, la agente, desde el primer contacto. Por meses la llamé todas las semanas para confirmar la habitación accesible y asegurarme de que el transporte estuviera preparado. Cada vez decía que había enviado correos y llamado al hotel. Todo mentira. Al llegar al hotel, NO teníamos habitación adaptada. Nos dieron una habitación común y corriente, y el hotel ya no tenía disponibilidad para una habitación para discapacitados. ¿Qué pasó? Mi abuela no podía entrar al baño, no podía bañarse, ni siquiera hacer sus necesidades básicas. Tuvo que orinar en una botella de agua y defecar en bolsas de nylon que botábamos a la basura. Durante dos días no se pudo bañar, lo que fue humillante, peligroso y una violación total a su dignidad humana. Llamé desesperadamente a Eduardo, el dueño de GoolTravel, y su respuesta fue inhumana, cruel y vergonzosa: me dijo que la culpa era mía por tener una abuela que no camina. ¿Qué clase de agencia turística le dice eso a un cliente? ¿Cómo se atreven a culparnos cuando estuvimos meses haciendo el trabajo que era su responsabilidad? Y por si fuera poco, las otras dos habitaciones de nuestra familia fueron también una estafa. Cuando hicimos la reserva pedimos habitaciones similares a las que ya habíamos reservado con GoolTravel el año pasado: planta baja, con acceso directo a la piscina. Nos dieron un precio con esa promesa. Pero al llegar eran habitaciones de categoría inferior, sin acceso a la piscina, completamente distintas. ¡Y en la reserva original aparecía que las habitaciones sí eran las correctas! Es decir, mintieron deliberadamente y reservaron algo más barato para quedarse con la diferencia. GoolTravel no solo es incompetente, sino también inhumano, irresponsable y estafador. Arruinaron nuestras vacaciones familiares, humillaron a una anciana de 90 años y no mostraron ni una pizca de empatía. Deberían cerrar esta agencia de inmediato. NO RECOMIENDO NI QUE SE ACERQUEN. WORST EXPERIENCE OF OUR LIVES - STAY FAR AWAY FROM GOOLTRAVEL We booked a trip to Punta Cana with GoolTravel to reunite with my 90-year-old grandmother who lives in Cuba. From the very first day, we told Jessica (our agent) that we urgently needed a handicap-accessible room, as my grandmother is wheelchair-bound and completely unable to walk. I called her weekly for months to confirm the room and ensure the transportation was prepared. She always claimed she had emailed or called the hotel. All lies. When we arrived at the hotel, there was no handicap room reserved for us. The hotel had none available. The result? My elderly grandmother could not use the bathroom, shower, or take care of basic hygiene. She had to urinate in a water bottle and defecate in plastic bags for two days. We had to take her to the lobby to use a bathroom. She couldn't shower the entire time. It was inhumane, humiliating, and a health risk. When I contacted Eduardo, the owner of GoolTravel, in desperation, his response was cold, disgraceful, and cruel. He said, "It's your fault for bringing someone who can't walk." Are you serious? After I called for MONTHS trying to confirm the room and was told it was taken care of? And that's not even the end of it. The two other rooms we booked for our family were also a scam. We had clearly requested the same rooms as the previous year: first floor, with pool access. Jessica gave us pricing based on that. But when we arrived, they had booked lower category rooms with none of the features we paid for. The original reservation said one thing, but what we got was cheaper rooms. They lied to us and downgraded us, pocketing the difference. GoolTravel is not just incompetent, they are heartless, negligent, and dishonest. They ruined our trip, disrespected a 90-year-old woman, and treated us like we were nothing. Shut this agency down. We wouldn't wish this on anyone. Avoid GoolTravel at all costs.

It appears you have to be a part of a group to be eligible for tickets. The professional team at BruMed went beyond in preparing this trip. The seats, close to the stage, were amazing. They offered a "pre-trip" itinerary that was also excellent. We were able to see the Shroud of Turin. They even were able to facilitate entrance to see DaVinci's Last Supper in Milan - something I had not been able to do during my prior visits to the city. Overall an excellent experience dealing with the BruMed Staff. Highly recommend their services.

Usually over 1000 kids go to the Mexico Outreach program where kids are allowed to be themselves, play games, learn and attend a church service if they choose.
