Called to update my phone number and request refills on my medication, had to ask the receptionist numerous times to calm down and stop raising her voice at me. I asked to speak to someone else several times and was denied. Was told that since I owe a bill that none of my refills will be authorized. How can a doctor knowingly allow a patient to go without medication when I had an appt set up for June months in advance. I told the receptionist that I would make sure it was taken care of before June. She continued on being rude so I told her I am coming to the office because I want to let Dr. Boone know how she is treating me. Get there wait a few minutes Dr. Boone comes out in the waiting room tells me I am interrupting her patient care by coming there but to come on back. I was in shock and told her I am sorry I bothered her and I walked out. I should have listened to everyone when they told me she makes unnecessary appts just to make money because my insurance covers two visits a year and after the second follow up visit she still needed to see me. I am upset because here I go and drive all the way to the office assuming that my doctor would see that something must be wrong for one of her patients to just show up at her office, instead she comes out just as rude as her staff all because I have not paid a past due bill! I am so happy I got away from them people! Luckily I found a new doctor just in time in March so that I can continue taking my medication without any interruptions! Please anyone who decides to go here, go in person and see for yourself the attitude and uninviting staff and I guarantee you will turn around and walk out...

I did not realize the tools available through other carriers for choosing services. I've since learned from my insurance broker that Dr. Prince does not meet UHC's standards for low cost (efficiency) or quality outcomes. I made the mistake of mentioning some past elevated test results my last doctor was monitoring. Dr. Prince tested me and confirmed it had lowered to normal range - then stuck me with a diagnosis as if there were a problem, causing me to have to pay the entire amount (diagnostic, high deductible plan) for what otherwise would have been a preventative visit. The office manager will not even return calls to discuss. This has truly been an awful experience.

C section requires 2-3 days post op in hospital. For my perspective of the support person I enjoyed my time away from home. First off, you get room service prepared within 90 minutes of order, 3 meals a day included in what you've already paid the hospital. The food was not chef quality but I found it adequate. Another big plus was the 3 piece bathroom within the hospital room. The shower has a curtain but no base only two drains on floor. So water easily can cover the floor which I didn't like but unlimited hot water was soo nice. Also the sofa for support person was nice to me. It is long enough can stretch legs out (5'11") and comfortable for my back. As for my wife's care, it was a hit or miss depending on which nurse shift working. There were a few times she would be scheduled to have pain meds and nurse would not deliver on time but several hours later or sometimes forgot all together. I think the best word to describe a lot of the staff was unreliable. They would say yes we are going to do this then you're left waiting when is it going to get done. This is for baby photographer, nursing, lactation nurse, OB doctor on-call. One of the OB doctors barely spoke English, I thought we were on a hidden camera show how comical his treatment was. The on-call Pediatrician we did like even inquired if she was available afterwards, Dr Mobley. The hospital infrastructure of how it runs is fine just some of the staff create questions to their competency.
