This was Dec 2020. They finally filed insurance claim that was processed on 6/30/21. They received payment and as it turns out, I didn't have a copay and the money I paid needed to be returned. A MONTH after they received payment, my refund was finally put in the "refund queue". Interestingly enough, this happened on the same day as my 3rd attempt to get in touch with them concerning my refund. Then they tell me that it will be a MINIMUM of 12 weeks for refund processing. In case you lost track, that would be an entire YEAR they had my money. So yes - horrible service, lousy care, and sketchy business practices. Take a pass and go elsewhere
