Call to refill a prescription that I had a refill on already and they told me because it was from another pharmacy that I can not refill it the doctor has already approved it I was just ran out I asked just to refill my prescription that was already approved she was rude and told me no but I can go down to any other pharmacy and they filled it automatically because I already had a refill will not do business with these people read more

There was a mix up with the prescription on my doctors behalf and I felt as though the pharmacist blamed me for that. Poor communication between the pharmacist and his staff, arrogant attitude towards clients as well. After the miscommunication between him/his staff and me, he refused to sell the compounded prescription to me - I guess he likes wasting medical products. I've been shopping here for years and have been getting price matching for other stores. When these…read moreguys prices are several dollars more compared to other places (especially in this financial climate) it keeps me coming here. However today a grouchy teller refused to price match saying it was flyer price ONLY. Well I've never had any other tellers tell me this for the over a year I've been using the "deal". So even if this is the technical rule...it seemed like she was just having a bad day and wanted to pass it on....and maybe get all the other tellers on board with the "rules" too. A nice and clean store…read more Can be hard to get staff to help as they are always rushing about and many times will pass you looking the other way. I would give them a 5 but I HATE their pricing. Have picked up many items that were listed as being on sale only to find that I only get the sale price if I redeem some points. Would love to know when their bulk baked items were baked. A couple times I have bought bagels that I thought were fresh but they seemed a day old at least.
