This was followed by her taking forever to determine a time, fumbling around her computer and asking follow-ups about my son's school schedule that were none of her business. This woman was incompetent, rude and disrespectful--some refreshers in manners and patient service would serve her well.

Called them and was told I could have an appointment in April. I replied that she did not listen to what I said about the recent surgery and then she said that everyone was busy and they would call next week. To me that is totally unacceptable for a medical practice. I ended up deciding not to go to the ER and turned to Google and there were several bits of info on there that stated that sometimes the eyedrops that I received need to be continued longer than the prescription states. I resumed with both and the eye is cleared up after 2 days. I will be looking for new eye doctors. I am wondering when the bill comes through, if I tell them I am busy and will pay in 2 months, if that will be acceptable to them.

I am 75 years old and not looking for any mind altering experience, but I do qualify as I have RA, and a number of other painful nerve and spinal problems. Pain medication in pill form make me sick to my stomach and I desperately need an alternative. Any rule has exceptions ( Doctors are told not to sign forms qualifying patients conditions for these products) but so far I haven't made the grade. My requests have brought a resounding "NO"! I was planning to commit suicide because I was in so much pain due to a hyperparathyroid issue and my brain chemistry being utterly destroyed by this negligent BRO doctor. My sister also became addicted to Adderall which is really common, also almost committed suicide. The office workers are just trying to make it and it's not their fault Springfield Clinic only cares about making money. They hire and fire regularly so they can pay people less. Do not go here. She wouldn't fill the scripts I need or see me just one time to get me through till I can find another Dr. All this because I spend time away fro Springfield. The telephone operator was very rude, curt and didn't want to take time listening me. So I quit calling that clinic and switched to a wonderful caring doctor and the staff are great!!! I'm so grateful for my new doctor taking her time taking care of me each time I called. She and her staff needs to get out of Springfield, Illlinois practice.
