I was in town visiting my mom with my furry child, also known as my Shih Tzu, Miles. I realized he was in need of a summer grooming so I took him here to Gaila Grooming after reading Yelp reviews and receiving a referral from a happy client. Gail lives on a beautiful little piece of property outside of Warrenton, nestled in the woods. Very peaceful! When I walked in I immediately could feel how much she cared about her furry clients as evident of the pictures everywhere. She is a Shih Tzu owner and lover like myself which definitely won points in my book! I bid adieu to Miles and upon returning later that afternoon was so happy with how he looked. Not a hair out of place and complete with an adorable handkerchief. I appreciated how Gail told me how she pulled several ticks off him while grooming; some groomers would not think to pass this info on. Her prices are reasonable and most importantly I felt safe and secure leaving my pup in their hands! I took my Ragdoll cat here after she had a really "bad hair" winter and developed some matting. I was heartsick having to request a lion clip but didn't know how else to get her into shape. Gaila did an amazing job - the cut was positively adorable and my cat felt SO MUCH BETTER with the cleaned up haircut. I have since gone back twice per year to get her haircut freshened up and every time it has been a positive experience. Gaila works four days per week out of a shop that is on her property in the woods in Warrenton. I highly recommend her for caring grooming of your pet. read more

Do not take your pet here! I took my puppy to get groomed here after finding it through a google search. Once he was finished at the groomers we picked him up and took him home. This is when I started petting him and then found 5 large scabs on his neck and back. These were not there when we took him in. They cut him multiple times and didn't even have the decency to tell us when we picked him up what had happened! I will never take him back to this place, they obviously have no idea how to safely groom animals. read more

We have taken our Scottish Terrier to Gaila Grooming for ~5 years. Gail is a sweet soul, and her staff loves all things with four legs. In my five years, the same staff has worked there, and I've never had an issue. You can see her and her clients in the Warrenton Christmas Parade every year. I recently moved to Warrenton and needed to find a new groomer for my yorkie furbabies. Fortunately, I went to the annual Christmas parade and Gail and her crew were participants. All the pups with her were groomed adorably, so I decided to give her a call. I got an appointment for the next day, and was delighted with the atmosphere in the delightful little cottage on her property where she does her grooming. Warm, welcoming, and homey. I felt very comfortable leaving Shorty and Charm there for the day. Yes, that right, I had to work all day and Gail freely offered to keep them till I got off and could come get them. When arrived, they were happy and relaxed and looked better than they ever had before after a grooming. Gail did and exceptional job! I will definately be back, and will recommend to friends.
