In their short lives (21 mths), this was their 3rd mobile groomer. At the 2nd one, they seemed to be in shock and acted very strangely for hours afterward. I was concerned that whatever happened would affect the 1st appointment w McKenna. It didn't! McKenna was warm and inviting and both pups went to her fairly easily. When she was leaving, they were ready to follow her. Even the 1st groomer who they loved did not result in the same reaction. I highly recommend McKenna and we will be continuous customers. WARNING!!! DO NOT BOARD YOUR DOGS HERE!!!…read more If I could give Willow Run Kennels zero stars, I would - for negligence and mistreatment. We entrusted our two dogs to Jeff and John at Willow Run Kennel. When we dropped them off they both had a clean bill of health and were in great condition. We left multiple contact numbers with Jeff/John for them to let us know should the dogs need anything or should Willow Run need to contact us for any reason. Further, during our trip, we called to check up on the dogs and were told by John that they both were great and that everything was fine. However, when we picked them up - "great" and "fine" were the furthest from the truth. Both dogs were unrecognizable - they had lesions all over their bodies, and faces. We scheduled an emergency visit to the vet where the vet declared they were severely dehydrated, had bacterial infections, and mange. When we spoke to Jeff to ask how this could have happened, he brushed it off with excuses and blamed the situation on "misjudgment". We trusted Willow Run Kennels with our precious dogs - two lives - and the neglect and abuse that our dogs experienced at the Kennel is incomprehensible and unforgivable. We truly have no words and are heartbroken by the way our dogs were mistreated. In addition to other actions we are taking we private regarding this matter, we want to tell others what happened so that you do not make the same mistake that we did. We would STRONGLY advise everyone to please STAY AWAY - for the sake of your animals. Do NOT board your pets here. Do NOT trust this place or these people.

He had his nails trimmed, and he was so upset, he peed by their dirty cat tree. She said something like, I can't remember now but it was like, uh! You peed . Anyway. I said I was sorry and offered to clean it up. She put paper towels and spray in front of me. I cleaned it up and apologized again. And asked, where was the trash can? She replied, it's outside.
