We're not big on the sport but when we feel up to having some drinks while we embarrass ourselves by throwing endless gutter balls, Gahanna Lanes is the spot. Good atmosphere, great bar, a pool table if you get tired of wearing out the gutter and decent food.

This location is a little dated but we still had a great time! It was clean and the young kid working the shoe counter was friendly and knowledgeable. They offered bumpers and ramps for the younger bowlers in our group so that was a nice feature.

First time here with my family and we had a great time! staff was friendly and helpful, the pizza is pretty good for a bowling alley! The place was clean and the restrooms were clean too! Prices are good and it wasn't too busy for a Friday! Highly recommend checking this place out! Kid friendly!

    Had an awesome class!

This is the clutch bowling spot to go to when you find out your other preferred bowling spots are packed out. It pretty much is what it is. You'll have a good time if you want to. The customer service here is like ehh! It's as though the people that work there are like well you are here and you're not going nowhere so here are your shoes and get out of my face. The technology in the establishment is pretty much what your run of the mill bowling spot has. Tvs and movie screens. Some nights they'll have the games on and other times they have music videos playing. The facility is pretty clean as well. The food. Well don't get me started on that. If I could sneak stuff in like how folks do at the movie theatre I most definitely would. But you don't come here for the food. You come to get your bowl on and this place will most certainly serve your needs.

Yikes, bowling is EXPENSIVE! I really did not want to fork out $20+ to go bowling with my husband and son so we took advantage of the other option they offer, glow in the dark mini golf. It is $4.50 a person and WAY cooler then glow putt in gahanna. Downside they did not offer any notepads to count your score and weren't as friendly as at Glow putt. The docor is awesome though, even my husband and I had a blast. they also don't have the full 18 holes but we were all alone the entire time and since we had just played glow putt the week before at the other location we took this oppertunity to just horse around, and just have fun. Amusing how you just feel like a nutty kid when you have the place to yourself and we had a great afternoon. So if the bowling lanes here are fun or too expensive for your taste, go to the back for a round of mini golf, your sure to have a great time.

This wasn't just laser tag, this was laser war! What a great time! I came here with my fiance and…read moretwo other friends for the first time and we had an absolute blast! There are three different "theaters" or "maps" you can play in, and they rotate. One is set up like an office, another like a house (complete with real parked cars), and another is a warehouse. The guns are modeled after the characteristics of real guns (shotgun has wider field of fire but shorter range, pistol is more accurate with shorter range, P90 has full automatic with a functional scope, etc). And the guns are heavy too; similar to real weapons. Next, you get assigned a "mission" each time. We played four rounds total: free for all, team deathmatch, split team deathmatch (half of your team starts on the far side of the map, half on the near side), and "traitor" where one person on each team is chosen as the traitor and it's your job to eliminate everyone on both the other team as well as your team. I was chosen as the traitor for my team, so I had to subtly try and pick off my own teammates. I should mention that friendly fire is active ALL THE TIME in every type of match. You get 10 lives per match, and a limited amount of ammo too (although the ammo limit was never a problem). Matches have a 16 minute time cap. After our first two rounds we were lucky enough that there was a kids' birthday party there, so we got to play some 10 vs 10 matches too. This made the matches pretty hectic but a lot of fun. I think ideally I would like to do these with 7 or 8 per side. Pricing is a little steep but not so bad that I won't be back. It's $5 or 6 for a membership, which is good for a year. Then you have to choose to buy either 4 or 8 matches in a package. It was $24 for 4 matches or $34 for 8 (if you buy the membership). And you can use those matches any time over the course of a year. There is also a basic drink/bar area where you can grab a beer or pop if you want. There might've been some standard bar foods (hot dogs/nachos) there as well, but we didn't check it out. If you choose not to buy a membership, you can buy either 3 or 6 matches, but you have to use them all up on that visit or they're lost. I forget the prices of these because we did the membership. They also have special "event" pricing for groups that you can do, but the downer here is that you have to pay as a single unit and then rely on everyone else to pay back the person paying. Membership fees are waved during that time for everyone, and they're unlimited play. Overall this was a real good time. One thing I would have liked to see was some sort of scoreboard/ranking outside of the arena that would show you how many kills/deaths/team kills each person had. I'll definitely be back, and next time I'll bring more friends along.

It was the first time I ever went duck pin bowling and I loved it! The bad: staff was hands down...just kinda angry. I'm not referencing a particular member, I'm referencing nearly all of them. They don't make eye contact, they seem annoyed when you order, they don't watch lines to see who was waiting the longest. We had a situation where one of the garage doors on the first level opened on a cold day, customers were super annoyed, and when I asked someone to close it, they stared at me and didn't say a word. They were just rude. I went to another employee and said, can y'all close that, and they were indifferent as well. I felt like I didn't exist. I went to play a few video games and realized they hadn't been cleaned. I got out quick. The ping pong tables had broken nets and the quarter ball machine wasn't working so people couldn't play. Easy things people! Seriously, you failed on the easiest things to do! Be friendly, use some cleaner, change a ping pong net, fix the vending machine. Conclusion: Wonderful place! Seriously, it is an amazingly fun business model. Either management is failing the staff, or, the staff is failing management. Figure it out and you will find 5 star glory.

You can go on half price days or you can use your tickets to purchase unlimited play time blocks instead of purchasing little toys that your kids might throw away after an hour. They have food and play specials that you can take advantage of, just check out their site or app. There are several employees here that have gone above and beyond to make sure that we really enjoy our time here. Diamond was the first to give outstanding service from the minute she answered the phone. After we arrived, she was just as nice and was so patient. When we had an issue with a game, Jonathan (manager) helped us out and again was so nice. We used our tickets to purchase meal vouchers, and Dakota was our server. He was awesome, so down to earth and friendly. He's been our server a few times now and he really sets a high bar. Jonathan also checked in with us while we were dining. We came back a few more times and Juniper was working on the game floor. We had an issue with a couple different games and she was just full of good vibes and went out of her way to make sure that things were taken care of. On a third visit, we had an issue with some incorrect information and James not only made the situation right, he was a freaking rockstar! The vibe at this particular location is very laid-back and the employees just seem happy to be here. I know it's a smaller location with less games and it is not as sports driven as some other locations, but we prefer to come here whenever we can because it's a much more enjoyable experience and we prefer to look at the positive things and not the negative.

The food was beyond meh, but for the price, it was about what we expected. The real issue came when it was time to pay. There was ONE other couple in the bar when we asked to pay, but it took 20+ minutes (legit) for the bartender to figure out how to ring us up. Then the price he charged us was very incorrect, so he had to call a manager. The manager didn't ask questions, he assumed and told me *WE* were wrong about the price of the package. You know, the one advertised on the screen. Right above our heads. One iota of empathy or apology would've de-escalated the situation, but there was none to be found. He ended up refunding the excess in cash, but good golly. The experience was a cluster. Would not go back.
