SO helpful! GREAT customer service!! Murray's is definitely NOT out to take advantage of us parents…read morewho's children are far away from them! Our daughter was in an accident late on a Sat of Labor Day weekend, her car was towed to Murray's and was safely left on their property. First thing Tues morning they were able to get our daughter's car drivable and back on the road for her to get to her classes all for under $100!!! The price was RIGHT! They truly cared and kept in contact with us since we weren't able to get back up to Orono. All I know is I doubt we could ever find a place around the Boston area for the price they charged us! If you are reading this review, don't hesitate to be serviced by them, CALL! Thank you Murray's, we will definitely be back! ~ Mark & Lisa

Recently took vehicle to have inspected and car was severely damaged by lifting from pinch welds…read moreWhen the pinch welds on unibody cars become damaged or rusted, it's important to use alternative lift points to safely lift the vehicle without causing further damage. One common alternative is to use designated lift points or structural reinforcement points specified by the vehicle manufacturer. And when I confronted the mechanic about damage caused he said well if it's Rusty it's not his fault and when asked if he will fix was told he's not good at auto body so he can't promise it will look good very unprofessional bad service don't go here you will be ripped off or scammed out of your hard-earned money
