Secondly, we went back and forth few times and changed the fabrics and Sam was so nice to modify our order as needed (before sending them to the factory). Third, he had a professional installer at our place to install everything over 2 weekends which worked very well with our schedule. Installer was just amazing and did such a fine job. I would definitely recommend him to all my friends and anyone else who is looking for a professional and top of the line drapery service.

The showroom is super inviting, and they even have NA seltzers, beer, and other drinks to make it easy to settle in and take your time - it was honestly just a nice place to hang out. Matt, our salesperson, was fantastic--knowledgeable without being pushy, which we really appreciated. He helped us find the best furniture for our home near the beach, taking durability and our preference for low maintenance furniture into account. He even moved pieces around for us and fired up some of the fireplace tables so we could get a true feel for what we were buying. The whole process felt relaxed and stress-free, and delivery was a breeze. Really can't recommend Matt and Patio Productions enough.

We used to buy inexpensive patio…read morefurniture, and found that it would usually fall apart in a couple years, so we decided to invest in higher quality patio furniture. Patio Productions is a showroom located in Midtown with various outdoor furniture. They have indoor and outdoor areas where you can sit on the various furniture and look at color samples. I actually have really enjoyed my experience there both times, as they don't pressure or rush you. Someone typically offers assistance, and they let you walk around and look. Also, you can grab a soda water or a beer as you stroll around. A couple years ago, we purchased a wicker table with a glass top and matching chairs, also with Sunbrella fabric cushions and a matching umbrella from patio productions. It has been great quality and hasn't faded or chipped in the weather, despite that we have left it out the entire time. That time, our delivery date got pushed back a couple times, which was a little bothersome and we were wondering when the furniture would arrive. It did arrive and has been a great set for our outdoor dining. This time, we selected an aluminum patio set (sofa, loveseat, and two chairs) with matching Sunbrella fabric cushions, and furniture covers for everything. The experience was great and the furniture was delivered exactly on our requested date. They even had our selected Sunbrella color in stock. I love that the furniture came securely wrapped, but the delivery is curbside, and they do not take off the backing material. For us, it took two people with a knife and a pair of scissors 30 minutes to unpack... not to mention three large trash bags were filled with plastic packing material. Aside from the unpacking, we are very happy with the set and it looks really beautiful on our back patio. All in all, Patio Productions is a lovely showroom with lots of options and I recommend checking it out if you are looking for high quality patio furniture.

Unfortunately, the overall experience with We Are Fabrics was disappointing because of the timeline and communication. When I first went in to select my fabric, I explained that I was hoping to have the project completed as quickly as possible. Since it was a custom job requiring the upholsterers to come to my home for measurements, I specifically asked about scheduling. I was told the project would probably take about six weeks. Instead, it took approximately 12 weeks from the time I placed my order and paid my deposit until I received my cushions. As the weeks went by, I had to call several times for updates. That's when I was told the upholsterers were extremely busy and backed up. I completely understand that delays happen, but I wish that had been communicated when I first started the project. Had I known the upholstery department was already booked out, I would have had realistic expectations and been much less frustrated by the delays. If you're considering We Are Fabrics, I think you can expect excellent craftsmanship. Just be sure to ask for a realistic timeline before starting your project.
