They are not. My dog had an emergency, I called to let them no I was on my way, when a recording said they were closed. This was 7:00 PM on a Saturday. My dog passed away later that night, after I rushed him to Blue Pearl, Levittown. Had he been seen that earlier would he have survived, I'll never know. All I know is I took my dog to an "Emergency Vet" during their listed hours of operation and they were closed. I wish they would stop advertising as an emergency "after hours" vet. You are giving people false hope and taking time away from saving a pets life. *edited to say-, this happened a few months ago. I am only now able to write about this, as my dog's death devastated me*
