I retract and I would definitely go back again because it was how they handled this issue and treated me with kindness A+for me... This was the issue::;;;;;;Unfortunately, I wish I could give a good review however, I am still trying to get my phone fixed. My back glass cracked as well as my front glass so I took it in to get it repaired at the Walmart location in Pascagoula, Mi... It took almost the whole day and they didn't even bother to call me and ask me if I wanted my port fixed because it wasn't charging. Upon leaving I did not notice, due to being n a hurry to leave on a trip, that they didn't even replace the glass with proper Apple products they put a cheap back on it that broke in less than a day... I took the case off to charge it after flying in and I don't even remember dropping it, but it was Broken. I called and spoke to the owner or manager, who didn't want to take any kind of responsibility. He wanted to point the finger at me and proceed to tell me to look at a receipt. I looked on it printed after I had already paid for the repair and found it read, they might use other products than Apple... When I spoke to another store owner at another Walmart in Milwaukee, Wi he stated they are only allowed to use proper apple products and showed me the written contract even... I DO NOT recommend them they just want your cash!!

This company is great! They're quick and easy to work with…read more I'm currently attending school nearby at the airforce base and dropped my phone one day on a tile floor. The incident left my phone unusable in any way and I went into panic mode because most of my schooling is done online and updates are generated every hour from my instructors/leaders/peers and so I was stressing out a bit. Sadly they do not have access on base so their "drive to you" option did not work for me when trying to get an appointment online through their website. I had to get a friend to drive me down there. For those of you that want to use that service, it will be a $30 down payment and that WON'T be counted towards your actual bill to fix your electronic device, but pays for their convenience of travel to you. Anyways, when I arrived I explained what happened and the associate that helped me (Caleb) did not hesitate to take on the task. He was pretty confident in being able to fix the problem by today and that gave me a strong sense of relief. He gave me an estimated 3hrs of work to fix my phone and before you know it, he was actually done in half the time. I didn't wander off too far so I was able to come back to the shop in 5 mins. I was excited to be presented with my phone looking like it was brand new, right out of the box. I played around with the screen and buttons as he generated my bill and it worked just as I expected! I was so happy. My device is a Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus and I was told it would be pricey to fix but I didn't flinch at the price because a brand new phone would have cost a ton more than what they charged for just a new screen. I paid around $280 for the service. After that, I promised to be more careful with my phone and actually bought a glass screen protector to avoid this ever happening again. I made the mistake of not contacting the store as soon as things seemed odd with it since the battery only had a 30 day warranty. Still, not their fault and I was able to swing by here a couple of weeks ago and get a new battery put in while I waited in the store. The technician was friendly, polite and fast. We got a chance to chat and he even recommended a phone app to find cheap flights called ITA Software put out by Google. The store is located in a strip mall near a Chinese Restaurant. It's on the right as you drive up Hwy 609 headed to I-10. They text you your receipt for repairs using square.
