1 Star We began…read morerenting storage units from this company in September after speaking with Jonathan. We initially rented two units and later added a third. Everything was handled over the phone, and at no point were we provided with a contract, terms and conditions, or any documentation explaining the rental agreement. We simply paid month-to-month. Several months later, we emptied one unit and continued renting the other two. On May 22, 2026, I notified Jonathan that we would be moving our belongings to another storage facility and expected to be completely out by the following weekend. Despite providing notice, my card was charged for another full month. Both units were emptied by May 30, 2026, and I requested a refund for the unused portion of the month. I was then informed that the company does not provide refunds and requires a 30-day notice to vacate. My issue is not necessarily with the policy itself, but with the fact that it was never disclosed to us. We were never provided with a contract or terms and conditions, and when I repeatedly requested a copy of the documentation that supposedly outlined this policy, none was provided. For a month-to-month rental arrangement, I expected transparency regarding cancellation requirements and billing practices. Instead, I was charged for an additional month after vacating the units and was unable to obtain any written documentation supporting the charge. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this facility. If you choose to rent here, I strongly encourage you to request all policies and terms in writing before providing payment information.

I went to purchase boxes. They have lots of supplies for moving and specialty boxes for different…read moreitems. They even helped me put them in my car! Very nice place and friendly staff! They have storage units that are climate controlled and also outdoor spaces and they also rent u hauls. The location is convenient. It's a really great use of a building that used to be a lumber and hardware store!

Some of the worst customer service I've ever seen…read more Horrible and inexcusable behavior on the part of the staff. Made an appointment a WEEK in advance for some equipment installation. BIG MISTAKE! GRIEVOUS ERROR!!! Both employees spent time taking personal phone calls while I paced around the store waiting to be helped. When the manager finally got off her personal call to tend to me 20 minutes after I arrived for my appointment, she tells me that they don't have the equipment. Did they call me and let me know this? Of course not. They just let me waste my time driving over there on my day off. There was no sense of enthusiasm or even a sense of desire to assist me. The man never even looked me in the eye. He just stared at his computer and barely acknowledged me. Also, there was no place to wait, contrary to what I was told when I set the appointment. I don't want to beat a dead horse but this was one of the absolute worst misadventures in customer service that I had the misfortune to endure.
