I rented a unit and went their today with my stuff. It was locked and he gave the combo to the lock & we opened it to find someone else's stuff inside. Then, he sends me to another which is locked & another which was locked...OMG how can u run a business this way & I was given a gate code to a facility with no gate/fence. Terrible experience Now the property will not refund admin fee even though they rented me a locker that belongs to someone else & wasn't able to provide a vacant unit. They stole my 25.00! Never deal with these ppl completely incompetent!

Beware!! We recently moved to the area and chose this facility to house our belongings until we…read morefound a place. We have two of the big units. Well today I go to get a couple of things from the units and was utterly shocked to find rat droppings all over our belongings along with a couple of pieces of our wooden firniture damaged from being chewed upon by rats. We will be definetly be removing our belongings from this facility. I already know we are going to have to throw away some of our belongings. Thank goodness we do have insurance.

They have storage units that are climate controlled and also outdoor spaces and they also rent u hauls. The location is convenient. It's a really great use of a building that used to be a lumber and hardware store!
