I called and I told them I wanted my old dryer back and asked to see the pictures of the wires that were supposedly chewed by some rodent and all he could provide was a picture of the lint , dust and some droppings and as you can see the housing is still in tact . I was told my old dryer was already taken to scrap. Then Mr Josh came to do a quote for a new HVAC system and found that the circuit breaker was no good. I went to speak with owner about this issue. For I never had to buy a new dryer in the first place. I wanted my service fee back and the cost of my dryer which was only 4 years old. After speaking with the owner Destin Anderson he would not budge on any compensation for this matter. Unfortunately I will have to do some legal proceedings and after I told him I was going to my lawyer and as I was walking out he said well that's going to be a $2500 retaining fee...Merry Xmas. I will never recommend them to anyone. So please be careful with this outfit.

It only took a month to order them and get them here, but by the 4th week we were swimming in dirty laundry. I sent Tom an email and told him this, and he squeezed me in for a faster delivery and installation. Not only was Tom professional and incredibly helpful, talking to me before I'd even shown up here in Alabama, but he was super helpful even after the sale, helping my wife pick out the right appliances for future purchases. All of this was sight unseen. I've never met Tom in person, and we've not even been to the store yet. Tom did all of this through a very lengthy, very friendly email exchange.
