He said he couldn't find a fault and he thought the Turntable was suppose to be unstable until the platter got up to speed! It was a Direct Drive Technics 1210! This company is unprofessional, clearly not qualified to attempt to repair or diagnose an obvious and simple fault. Took elsewhere, fault was fixed and repaired the same day!
