The doctor was very punctual and was actually early to the appointment. Speaking to her however was less pleasant. I explained the two primary reasons for my being there and unfortunately she was not willing to address either. She wanted to prescribe anxiety medication without being willing to discuss it with my preexisting therapist and she did not want to address cyclical headaches until they started up again (despite a 20+ year history) then started dictating next steps that she was not flexible on. There was no attempt Or willingness to collaborate, Which seems to be a rampant issue for medical companies. I declined to do business and left and will not return.

While I am highly involved in my own healthcare research and planning, Dr Stock is a true professional and I "highly value" her opinions and suggestions. She really listens to your concerns and your opinions regarding your care, and offers support and/or additional information as it is needed. She is very up-to-date in medical knowledge and procedures. I will consult with her with any medical concerns I might have in the future. Dr. Amy Kelley is super nice and easy to talk to. The nurse that took my vitals, took blood, and gave me a shot was wonderful as well. She made the whole needle process easier and faster for me, because that is always the most dreadful part of going to the doctor. I have to admit Im a complete wimp when it comes to have any sort of test done. Anything involving…read moreneedles puts me in panic mode. I needed a CT scan done and my doctor sent me to the Eastside Health Center. They called me to set up the appointment and pre-register me. When I got there I was taken in almost immediately to complete the rest of the paperwork and confirm insurance. Please note: Make sure you tell them you want THEM to bill your insurance company or they will bill you and you have to fight with the insurance company to pay it. After I finished with the paperwork side, Lynn walked me through and was with me the rest of the process. She explained everything so thoroughly, brought me the contrast to drink, put the IV in, and administered the test. She was so kind that even thinking about it now is bringing me to tears. She calmed my nerves and made me as comfortable as it could be. If everyone is as nice as Lynn at Ohio Health, I will definitely make it a point to go to their facilities for tests. Thank you again Lynn. You are a true gem!
