They did a nice job cleaning before installing the tint (sort of like painting, prep is important). Pretty funny crew, had a couple laughs while the work was getting done. Seems like they can get a little busy and it is just a few people, so be patient on the phone. I would take any future vehicles there. I'll update the review if I run into any problems with the tint, but I really don't expect any.

It's not the closest drive so im gonna find a more local shop. im disappointed and will have to spend more money to correct it. Found bad air bubbles and a hair inside the cured tint. Does not look professional. Update: owner responded (probably his receptionist) apologizing for the quality of work but has not offered to fix it? Also, many reviews speak on how friendly Moe was with them. With me, he was stoic and did not give off the same friendly, warm vibes I read of in the comments. When I left, he kind of just gave a half wave and didn't bother asking how I liked the work, if everything was fine ... Nothing. (However, Moe's assistant was such a nice person. She even took the time to show me how a product looked on her vehicle before I decided if I wanted it on mine or not.) I will also mention, I am clearly not Caucasian. And his shop was papered with Trump banners and signs. Not sure if political views affected the quality of his work towards me or not. But Buyer Beware.

After completing the car detail, I was still hesitant if the fowl smoking smell would return. Ted reassured me and offered many great tips to assist in post care. I kept in touch and Ted Jr followed up with me (rare these days) , this a customer oriented business. Kudos to Ted Jr. and team, thank you for all your hard work, professionalism and follow up tips. He was a no call no show for my boyfriends first appointment. We called to reschedule and he did the job. Not the best detail I have ever gotten and we still had dirt to clean after he left.. Then he was a no call no show for my appointment even when I texted to confirm the night before. I have left three voice mails and two texts since then, which was two weeks ago. He never responded and I had to call Groupon to get my refund. DO NOT waste your time with this kid! He is more trouble than he's worth and you can find professional legitimate companies that will keep your appointments and do a much better job. Very frustrating!

I called 5 times to make an appointment. My calls were never returned. I called Living Social and then my son called Living Social so we could start a claim before the deal expired. My son then texted D&L and an appt. was set up. Later they cancelled it because they had overbooked. Now I am really worried!! A new appt was set for the last day of the deal. My son received a text the day before saying the guy could not make it because he was taking his mother out for lunch...WHAT??? I am so thankful my son got a full refund from Living Social...We all learned a BIG lesson!

We told them, it was abandoned and VERY DIRTY! They said no need to bring it in. When they showed up they said it was too dirty and would cost more. Having gotten several other quotes we said, no, you agreed on a price, and at 350.00 it was a lot. Oh, and with rain predicted we again offered to bring it in to the shop. Guy said no and (surprise) had to stop halfway through. He said he could not clean floor mats properly because (again surprise) they needed to be in the shop for some special equipment. Car does not look like detailing we have had in the past. We were doing this in preparation to sell the car. This guy looks young enough to get his act together. I wish him luck.

The top of each window was also still dirty. All the windows were smeary and the front windshield still head dried bird poop. I honestly don't even think they dried it promptly cuz there were streaks everywhere, see pic. Also the vacuum didn't get out the pet hair or basic items on the seat.
