I was told they would disappear in a few days, they did not. Thank god for limelight, I wanted them to fix the bad windows and add a front windshield, got me out in 3 1/2 hours including the time it took to remove the old tint. Would never come back nor recommend *The Tint Shop* for any of their services. I have more to say but unfortunately I don't believe it is appropriate so I'll leave it there.

The number of locations in upstate NY that offer this unique product are limited and given that we have family in the area, we chose this business. We are very glad we did! From our initial quote request, Colin was friendly and helpful, sending us clear pricing on different packages and offering solutions that would meet our needs. When we asked if we could arrive slightly later in the morning than originally scheduled due to our long trip, Colin and team were more than accommodating. Our vehicle was kept inside safe and warm while the film was applied in what appeared to be a spotless and extremely professional environment. When completed, the team at RCC reviewed all applications of the product with me as well as gave me advice on how to maintain or place a future warranty claim. They were very appreciative of our business and sent us on our way. On our trip home, one last personal and appreciated touch; a hand written thank you note tucked neatly into the cup holder. Take a look at my car, it's a 2016 and it sparkles as if it was brand new off the lot! I personally worked with Peter Chapin., but any sales representative would be more than happy to assist you too! Note: they take a walk around video before every service to ensure that certain scratches and dings aren't due to their techs work in the back. There are some reviews on here stating that "Ziebart" scratched their car, put a new ding in their paint, etc., but there is proof through that video whether those damages were there during the work or prior to. I also asked them if they could do anything about a stain on the spoiler and a door ding. When I picked up the car, I noticed a blister in the wrap on the spoiler. I mentioned it and the guy said he would re-wrap it. Which I assumed meant they would do it at no extra charge. When I brought the car back for the new wrap, the manager said they wouldn't do it for free, but would give me a discount. I agreed because I just wanted it done. Then they tried to talk to me into some add on coverage, which I declined as I've already got ceramic on it. I left the car for them to wrap and they kept it for two days, which I assumed meant they were being thorough because they've always done a great job in the past. When I picked the car up I was extremely disappointed. The new wrap looks awful. If anything, it looks worse than when I started. At this point, I don't even want them to touch the car. I'm just going to take it to someone who actually knows what they're doing.

She was kind and so helpful; she and the techs went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get my mom's window replaced. They personally picked up her car and brought it back in one day and followed up with us as well.
