Pizza Tacos and Wings
Mike I.

My son has been raving about these tacos ... so we had to stop! Can't believe they have been here for so long and we've never been here! We got wings, tacos and empanadas. The tacos come with a rough pico in a corn tortilla ... served with quac, sour cream and homemade sauce. Authentic, tasty, and generous. Not the best I've ever had, but still excellent! Wings were supposed to be Jamaican jerk - these were not that, but did have a super flavorful Caribbean bbq sauce! Decent sized as well. The empanadas were nice sized and flavorful ... curious if they are homemade or premade. Came with the same sauces as the tacos plus a bowl of rice and beans. Overall an excellent meal! Cost a little more than I expected - but "in this economy" it was reasonable. Pizza shop vibes with a texmex flare (they have pizza too, but will try that another time)

2 slices of pepperoni, best pizza I've had in a while!

To start off, I came in here super rushed, I had about 15 minutes before I had to get back to class which is about a 10 minute drive, so I came in and simply asked how long it'd take to get their lunch special " 2 slices of cheese and a can of soda" for less than $5. The guy behind the counter had a sense of humor and stated "about 2 months" which was pretty funny, but realistically this was the fastest service I have had at any restaurant. The vibe this guy gives his customers is very friendly, I wish I had the time to sit down and enjoy this pizza as the pizza was top quality! I loved everything from the sauce, crust and toppings. I will defiantly be back soon for more! I recommend giving this place a try!

Wow. Almost missed the place because it's small, but glad I didn't. Super friendly what I assume was the owner. I ordered buffalo chicken wrap which was good. But the fries that I asked for extra crispy were done perfect. Basic pizza shop decor with paper napkins and food served in plastic trays, but that's what I expected. They deliver and take credit cards. The pizza looked good from around me.

A quick order during an overnight stop. Quick and delicious. We had a pepperoni--the crust was exceptional. We'd order again.

Terrific food and friendly staff. Give the Mexican pierogis a try. Best tacos I've ever had.

Saw this place in Yelp and wanted to eat before driving home. It is a rather unassuming storefront,…read moredirectly across from a micro hotel and near several other eateries. The menu is pretty standard pizza shop fare - pizza, burgers, Stromboli, etc. We were intrigued with the Grandma's Pizza offerings and decided on the Trio - with one-third Cheese Lover, one-third Margarita, and one-third Meat Lover. This is a rectangular pie with three slices of each. The price seemed a little steep, but it's pretty common these days to pay $15 a person for a meal. The counter man informed us it would be 30 minutes. I appreciated the head-up, but we had no where to go...and it meant the pizza was being made fresh! It was actually done in about 20 minutes. Gorgeous to look at, and loaded down with toppings. There was no skimping here. The edges of the pie were crispy without being crunchy, and the dough underneath was soft but still could stand up to the weight of the toppings. Somewhat reminiscent of a Detroit-style pizza, but leaner and, IMO, tastier. We are half the pie, trying each type and packed the rest for home. I expect it will reheat well. Total with drinks was around $30. You could feed a family of four on this pie. Excellent!

Called ahead to see if they sold only whole pies or also pizza by the slice since it was just me…read morefor dinner. They confirmed they sold it by the slice so I drove over. When I got there, there was a single slice of dried up cheese pizza sitting on the top of the counter. It looked like it'd been there for days, all dried up and starting to curl. Not even under a heat lamp. They told me that was it and they weren't making anymore for the day. I just left. Wish they'd have told me "We do, but we're out and not making more today" and saved me the trip. Did they really think someone was going to actually pay for old dried up slice?
