The best part? Tricare Prime insurance covers so these thousands of dollars procedures cost me nothing! I consulted with 3 other plastic surgeons in the area all of them charged a min $150/consultation visit and $500-900/mole removal. In my case since we are Prime, I just needed to get a referral from my primary doctor, then everything from the initial consultation to all of the moles removal and follow up were covered fully. Sometimes you'd associate "free" to something that is "less" than paying thousands, nope, not in this case. Amanda has been an aesthetician for many years and also has a background in dermatology so I felt like I was in good hands. She asked questions about what I wanted vs. and made recommendations that weren't just "do as much as possible." Instead she advised me so I could take a conservative approach. Note that the parking lot in the back is small, so be careful getting in and out if your car is on the larger size. Leesburg has plenty of parking but the lot has a door directly into the business so it's a more convenient location. Definitely recommend scheduling a consultation here and see for yourself.

This was my first keratin experience, and sadly, it turned out to be the worst. I was hoping for at least 60-70% straightening, but I didn't even see 10% improvement. Mrs. Kandy assured me the results would last for at least three months, possibly up to six if I shampooed only twice a week. I followed all instructions carefully, but the effect didn't even last a week. After noticing the lack of results, I reached out to the salon multiple times, but they showed little concern. I was told the products come from distributors and they weren't sure why it didn't work -- which felt dismissive. Salons should know the products they use and stand behind their services. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case here. I won't be recommending this salon to my family or friends. Customer care and accountability matter, and I didn't feel either was prioritized.

I left my appointment feeling physically refreshed and grateful for the care I received. Unfortunately, the experience leading up to the appointment was far less relaxing. My mom booked the massage for me over the phone, clearly requesting Saturday. However, the appointment was mistakenly scheduled for Friday. My phone number was given during booking, but the confirmation texts went to my mom, who assumed I was receiving them and didn't double-check the date. When I didn't show up Friday, she was informed of a $50 no-show fee. I rebooked for Sunday and had a great massage. At checkout, I mentioned that I'd had some issues leading up to the appointment. No one asked what those issues were or how they could improve--which felt like a missed opportunity for genuine customer care. I explained the situation, acknowledging that there was fault on both sides: the spa misbooked the date, and my mom didn't confirm the texts. I asked if they'd consider a small discount to share the burden of the $50 fee. The answer was a flat no. I even asked if they were really okay losing a client over what could've been a $15 gesture of goodwill. Again, no flexibility, no accountability, no interest in resolution. I'm not someone who typically leaves reviews, but the unwillingness to meet a client halfway--especially in a situation involving a prenatal massage--was disappointing.
