Prior to our wedding day, I met with Shannon and Danielle about my wants/needs for the day of and they were just a joy to work with. Our conversation flowed smoothly and you can see their passion in their work. When my Mom also wanted a trial done before the day, they accommodated her needs (especially concerns regarding mask usage and COVID). On the day of the wedding, they arrived on-time and were patient with my group; many who wanted "eyes only" done for the wedding due to mask usage. We had wonderful conversations the day of the wedding, and tons of laughter! When most of us asked for natural/neutral tones, Shannon delivered on her ability to make it work for each of our skin tones. Also, if you have questions or concerns about fake lashes, DON'T. The lashes that Shannon uses are AMAZING!!!! They don't look fake or gaudy, they look natural and beautiful! They accommodated the needs of limited hairspray (my husband is allergic) as well as ensured they had latex-free lash glue for one of my allergic bridesmaids, Truly a joy to work with! Melissa took such care and effort with my hair. She also asked me my preferences about whether I wanted the front tresses up or down.. I told her up and then realized as she was almost done that I should have said I wanted them down. She refused to let me just say "No it's alright" and redid the entire braid. I have never felt more beautiful in all my life. I can't wait to see the pictures. Beyond their skill, they are lovely to work with and chat to. They definitely are in the right profession and I recommend them very highly.

This was a first for me and her so we were clueless of the process. Claudia explained what needed to be done, was upfront about the pricing and the length of time we were going to be there. I booked my appointment online very late at night and entered my choices for days/times. Next day I…read morereceived a response with what was available based on my choices. There were a couple of slots available for that day and the next but waited until today. I was a bit nervous booking an appointment because I have had some terrible experiences last few months after my good friend/stylist had to stop to care for her 3 gorgeous babies. It was so bad I just decided to cut my own hair. Yea, that's pretty bad though I must say I did a pretty fair job thanks to my husband who helped straighten out the back a little :) So I checked out the reviews, crossed my fingers and held my breath because I booked the appointment for a time right before my shift started. So I had NO time to "fix it" before heading in to work. Charlotte had just finished up with a client as I walked in. She was very friendly, told me to have a seat so she could sweep and then welcomed me over to her seat. She was very attentive and receptive to what I wanted done. She told me what she would be doing and I closed my eyes and and thought happy thoughts as she massaged my head during the hair washing and then again, during the start of the hair cutting. She knew I was a little apprehensive so she kept me talking and seemed very genuine when she asked me questions about my kids, and life etc. As she worked she asked me what I thought and made sure that's what I wanted. Very sweet girl. When she was done I asked her to add a little volume to the top of my flat head and without hesitation she did that and once she was all done, I LOVED it! Very happy with Charlotte who by the way added me to her Monday schedule when it's super difficult to find someone! Also very happy with Jenn who was very prompt in returning my email. She also worked with my schedule because I work nights and I need the latest appointment available so I'm sure she had to coordinate with Charlotte. I had to change one of my choices because I went out on a date with my husband and she was sweet telling me to have a great night with him. She could have just ignored that but she chose to add a little bit of personality to what could have been a very impersonal email. That says a lot to me. I'll definitely be using Charlotte's services again!

What I love most about Alexis is that she knows her stuff, and she's never afraid to tell me what I should, or definitely shouldn't, do with my hair. She has a direct, no-nonsense approach, which I absolutely appreciate, but it's always balanced by the genuinely kind heart she has. She truly listens, knows what will work, and somehow always manages to make me feel like I'm in the best hands. Five years later, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair. Mahshid had a last-minute opening, and I booked it because I needed an experienced corrective-color specialist. Mahshid's technical skill was clear from the beginning. She quickly identified what needed to be corrected and explained the plan in a way that made sense. She did a root melt, added lowlights, adjusted the tone, and cut my hair so everything blended naturally again. The difference was significant, and the final result looked intentional, full of dimension, and much healthier. Sophie supported the entire process by keeping everything organized, assisting hands-on, checking in with me regularly, and coordinating each step so the appointment ran smoothly. Her attention to detail made a longer service feel so manageable. Ella was also assisting and shadowing and she was so sweet and kind, besides being super gentle while combing and blow drying my hair. I'd also like to acknowledge Nia, who did my consultation the week before. She gave me an honest assessment and encouraged me to take the opening with Mahshid since her own next availability was farther out. That transparency helped me make the right decision. I arrived feeling unsure about whether my hair could be corrected without more drastic measures, and I left with a result that restored both the color and my confidence, for real. I cried at the start from the disappointment on my hair, but then had happy tears at the end for the unbelievable results. This was a straightforward, professional experience with a team that clearly knows corrective work well. I did pay for my service, so the reason I'm writing this review is only because their work truly deserves so much recognition! Ps.: also sharing because if there's anyone out there who's in panic-mode with their hair (like I was), they'll know they can count on this team without hesitation. Ps2.: they have lil snacks and drinks, and the vibe and energy is just cozy and fun.

Getting dolled up and putting on make-up is one of the things us women love to do but few have perfected the mastery of it... Except for this one! I have always feared having my make-up done at a make-up counter and leaving unsatisfied. This has unfortunately happened in the past, to the point where I have taken the make-up off and had to redo it myself because it was nothing like what I wanted! I'm sure I'm not the only one this has happened to. The first time Gaby did my make-up I felt like a whole new person, completely glowing! I received so many compliments, it was amazing. It by far exceeded my expectations! Since then Gaby has been my go to person for all my events. I can tell Gaby the look I'm going for and it is on point if not better every time! It's exciting when you find a place or thing that is perfect to your liking and you know you can rely on it to deliver every time.. Exactly how I feel about Gaby! read more
