My PCP referred me to Dr. Amy Nance at the NFRMC cancer center. I had no ideal of a treatment plan for breast cancer nor did I know what to except or what I was supposed to do.....but Dr Amy Nance did!!! My first appointment with Dr Nance was very informative and I was very much impressed by her extensive knowledge, which put my physical and emotional state at ease. I had so many questions about my diagnosis and what was going to happen next and she answered all of them; there was no time limit as long as I had questions she was going to stay in the room with me and answer all of them, she wanted me to feel comfortable with the treatment plan, which I was!! Dr. Nance became my PCP for my cancer diagnosis and treatment , she did all the referrals to the other specialists that were going to be a part of my cancer treatment team and those referrals were to the best specialist. Dr Nance is wonderful, she listened and understood my concerns and had solutions for them, which I greatly appreciated. Let me reassure anyone who is going through a diagnosis of cancer, if you want the best oncologist to treat you, I will always recommend Dr. Amy Nance. His office is bright and clean and the staff and nurses are wonderful. Dr Beebe works with an amazing group of doctors and if there's ever an emergency and he's not available, there is always someone who can see your child. The office is located on the fourth floor of the Women's Center and is easy to access with parking in the adjoining parking garage. The hospital pond next to the women's center is lovely and adds to the beauty of the facility. We highly recommend Dr Beebe!

I was there someone who we thought might be suffering from appendicitis. He kept us in the room for two or three hours while he verified all the test that indeed it was that rather than some of the other problems that can manifest with the same symptoms he prescribed treatment with antibiotics and she is doing very well. Ramp to the sidewalk leads to steps in both directions. I'm in a wheelchair . Office Staff said yea, no one ever knows how to get in and they don't know why they don't have signs. My daughter used the stairs and found out I needed to go in the street and enter through a side entrance where they have a single wheelchair lift inside. Then we find out although their Website says they accept my insurance, they don't. The receptionist says everyone tells them that they accept this insurance but they do not. Said no one can ever show her where it says that they do, like somehow we all imagine it. Within 30 seconds showed her and yes, says it right there. Not like it would change anything but now maybe they can change it. Still, my insurance no longer accepts my previous doctor and my new doctor can't see me for 3 months. I have multiple sclerosis and need medication and new handicap placard. $220 for a visit plus any tests they need, but I have no choice, I have to see someone. I paid the fee. While waiting to be called back, they let me know they can't fill out a form for placard. Initially it was because they didn't have a form. Then it was because although they have the placard required MD ( as opposed to DO, NP, etc) they are not authorized to fill out the form. By then I gave up. It shouldn't be this hard. When we were leaving, the receptionist pointed at the lift I should use so I didn't have to go in the street around the bank to use the outdoor ramp. Never used one like this before . The ramp was steep and I was nervous about tipping back but my daughter helped me use it. Not any offer of any assistance. This place was empty. A walk in clinic with no one in or out the 30 minutes we were there. I think I know why lol. The receptionist was polite. Just unhelpful. As she was aware of all of these issues, one would think someone would do something to resolve them.

From the moment I am checked in all the way through to seeing the doctors, this facility, place of treatment has reached the bottom with patient care. I am going to choose another care and treatment facility due to these agents, and their rude behaviors and manners. The way they treat patients is first class to what I can receive in the ghetto. It's sad to report this, but I have been in the ghetto before, I know this type of trait/character and behaviors, and the way individuals speak down to others, and how they treat people as if they are not worthy to be in their presence. This is the very same way the very questionable professional medical personnel treat me. From the lady who takes my vitals before seeing the doctor's assistant all the way to seeing the physician's assistant. There are two of them, Charmagne and Jag. I believe this is how their names are spelled, could be wrong though. These two ladies are so very rude as well. Then the schedulers who are always NOT getting you scheduled for the procedure the doctor ordered, has to be one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. I made the mistake of asking for the lady who worked there before her, Jenia, or something like that. Oh my, did this hit a nerve. Jajenia was nice, pleasant, had a very bubbly personality, always so kind, very much unlike the lady who schedules procedures now. It's terribly distressing that the patients must leave a treatment facility due to the rude, disrespectful, hateful behavior the medical staff has toward the patients at SpringHill Pain Management center in Gainesville, FL. My HSG showed total blockage on both tubes. I was told IVF was my only chance at having a baby. I came here in May of 2021 and just tried to be open and receptive to the experience. I didn't really expect them to be able to clear my scar tissue, but I was hopeful. I felt very cared for by my therapists and enjoyed going to the clinic. Keep in mind this is not a relaxing Swedish massage though, there will be a little pain and discomfort as they work on your adhesions. I left Gainesville on May 6th and on June 20th I found out I was pregnant I am currently 25 weeks along and baby is doing great. When we left the hospital I searched online to find ANY options for prevention of this again in the future, and I was thrilled to find the Clear Passage online site which we both devoured in the days following his surgery. We decided to invest in our mental and physical well-being by taking money out of savings to go through the week-long physical therapy for him. Since it is a huge financial investment, we researched and chose one of Clear Passage's most experienced and committed physical therapists to work with, Sharon Hepburn, in St. Louis. We were NOT disappointed. We also learned that she is their Chief Operating Officer, and wow, were we grateful to have chosen her to work with. We had to wait to schedule the treatment for 3 months post-op and I just had my fingers crossed that we would make it to St. Louis before any recurrence of an obstruction. We did. We flew to St. Louis from California on a Sunday, settled into the comfortable hotel that they recommended, and then began therapy the next day. Sharon's office is located in a very nice suburb a short drive from the airport. There are gorgeous and spacious parks seemingly everywhere in this area and beautiful spacious estates. It was a lovely place to settle into for the week and we were fortunate to hit a week of gorgeous weather the last week of September. Between our daily sessions we had lovely picnics and walks in their parks. Sharon works with an excellent massage therapist, Maura Lee, and between the two of them we witnessed incredible shifts! I am a retired family therapist/psychotherapist and registered nurse, and I was enthralled and impressed to attend and witness each session. Sharon and Maura's deep knowledge and understanding of physiology, ability to tune into the body, adept capacity to work with emotions that arose in the treatment, and wisdom about what to do next was absolutely amazing and intriguing. The Clear Passage protocols are sequential and specific. We were both VERY impressed with the process and the results! My husband's belly is now soft and pliable. It was tight and lumpy when we arrived. A pain that he had in his lower back for many years is now resolved. He has specific self-exercises that he does daily and we both now know how to manage any recurrent obstructions should any recur, which I now strongly doubt will happen. We feel empowered and safe to travel should we choose to. (i.e. audiology hearing test but the appointment for the hearing aids is three months out to only have to be rescheduled) Then to reschedule with another provider it is past the previous appointment. Seems like either you are short Doctors or you have a very poor process of scheduling. This has happened with Audiology and with Primary Care in the past 2 weeks.
