Dr. Gabor Vari,
I saw him as a QME. He is still identified as CEO of California Medical Evaluators, yet as I last heard a few weeks ago was no longer a QME. When I saw him as a QME things seemed to be legitimate, but then he went through a Deposition with the Defense Attorney. By then I had another case, for which at that point I should have been re-evaluated. That did not happen. What happened is the Defense deposed Dr. Vari, and asked him questions and made various statements about me regarding a case Dr. Vari did not evaluate me for. Not hypotheticals, but definitive statements. The correct answer would have been for Dr. Vari to tell the Defense Attorney he would not be able to speak to that, as he had not evaluated me for that current case. That did not happen, Instead, Dr. Vari told the defense attorney that he wish he would have known those things about me. What MD makes statements, evaluations or assessments about a patient they have not seen? Yet he's supposedly an expert. On that topic, the Defense attorney told him I did something basically, unlawful. Dr. Vari believed that too. The Punchline, a government agency proved I was following the law and whom the Defense Attorney represented was not. Due to Dr. Vari being an MD he was in a position to know that the Defense Attorney was very wrong, but yet Dr. Vari did not know. The biggest punchline is the multiple statements the Defense Attorney made were all untrue, I have proof disputing all of it. Yet Dr. Vari bought it, despite him not evaluating me and drawing a Medical opinion. Prospective patients should also see the Ripoff report about Dr. Vari. I could not and will not speak to the veracity of the complaint, nor the rebuttal, but prospective patients should at least be aware. Beware of this MD! read more
