Their professionalism was present during the entire process. From discussing the project with Juan to setting up the process with July Cruz, who was always on target and in communication with me, was top notch. The crew worked an entire day until my new flat roof was completed. Everything was cleaned immediately and no mess was left. The crew is friendly and the foreman gave me feedback from time to time. The next day, Mauricio and a couple of workers waited about 6 or 7 hours for the inspector to arrive and sign off. I truly recommend Canopy. All paperwork was provided to me timely. The cost was within a couple of hundreds more from the other companies I consulted, but the quality and value for my money was another plus by choosing Canopy.

Unfortunately, about three weeks after the work was completed, the leak returned. Three of us made multiple attempts to contact the company and left several messages requesting a callback but did not receive a response. After approximately four months, I was finally able to reach the owner of the company. We were told a crew would come on a Friday to inspect the issue, but no one arrived. After additional follow-ups, a crew eventually visited and indicated the problem might be related to plumbing. To verify this, we hired a licensed plumber and paid for an inspection. The plumber determined that the leak is coming from the roof. We also have video showing the water entering from the roof area. We have continued calling and leaving messages without a response, and the warranty is now close to expiring. We are still hoping the company will honor the warranty and help resolve the issue. If someone from Perfect Roofing of FL sees this review, we would appreciate being contacted so the situation can be addressed.
