She always makes herself available on her cell phone and is very prompt in completing all tasks. Whenever I have a question or concern (which is rare) I just send her a text and provides me with the answer I need. We recently had an issue with one of my wife packages that mysteriously disappeared, we mentioned it to Monica and she become our Sherlock Holmes. The location has 24 hours surveillance cameras and she was able to locate and return our package within a couple hours. That's what I call going above and beyond the call of duty. The place is always very clean and kept up to date. The pool is always clean and have great to have, especially in the summer months. Another thing that I like about this place is that our electricity is included in the rent and there are other utilities that that we are billed for but there are very minimal. Overall I am enjoy my time here in South Aqua Apartments.

The most important thing for us was safety and parking as that those two factors are hard to find when renting. Here, they provide two floors of gated parking and a secured parameter around the building. They also have two gyms (first floor is aerobics and second floor is all weights/lifting equipment). Something to note is the building itself is quite open for the number of units, which makes walking around the facility easy if you can't go for a walk outside. They also a pool which we never used, but plenty of space around the back to lounge and have a mini gathering. Management is highly responsive and resolve matters quickly.

However, I need to update my ongoing concern about the parking garage as seen in previous reviews. For approximately 18 of the last 24 months, the garage door has not been functioning properly -- leaving the building unsecured for the majority of our tenancy. We got lucky for a while, but a couple of months ago it finally caught up with us: our vehicles were broken into. I notified the office, obtained the security footage, and filed a police report, making it explicitly clear that the garage door needed to be permanently fixed. Nothing was done. Last night, the situation escalated dramatically. Our vehicles were stolen from our assigned parking spaces and at least one of them was taken on a joyride. Someone is systematically and skillfully gaining access to vehicles without keys, and they are taking direct advantage of this building's chronically broken garage door to do it. This is no longer a minor maintenance inconvenience -- it is a serious and ongoing safety failure that management has had ample time and opportunity to address. Prospective residents should factor this into their decision.

They accommodated my schedule to view the apartment and still waited for me even though I was running late.
