For many minutes, I was looking at merchandise near employees, and they said nothing to me. Eventually, another employee greeted me and kindly asked if I needed assistance. While I was looking at the merchandise, I noticed that my size was not always in stock. A section of this store sells apparel, loungewear, and undergarments for the sub-brand Aerie. I picked out a tank top to buy. The cashier did a good job with ringing up my purchase. The tank top was on sale for only $10. Under the lighting inside the store, I had thought that the tank top was gray, but under the lighting in my home and outside, I saw that the tank top was actually olive green. Well, the tank top fits my body well and has a color that looks good on me.

They also carry fun hair accessories, pretty scarves and purses. The majority of the store is actually clothing, although it seems that most of the apparel is for older women. I wasn't too into the clothing BUT it's great for fashionable older women. If you dig, you may actually find some really fancy dresses for a wedding too. I put the pants in my closet pleased I found a pair for a specila occasion on Weds the 15th. Reached into the closet for those pants and discovered the ink security tag was still on them! I was furious! I get mistakes happen, but darn it!! I just hung up with Justin the Sales Manager (after getting bounced to two other departments) who sounded like he was 17 years old, had marbles in his mouth and a sinus infection as well. I explained what happened and he asked me to bring them back. I again stated I was 2 hours away from his store and an hour to the nearest Macys from my home. After a number of "ummms" he offered 25 Macys bucks for his store and that was the best he could do. I wasn't looking for anything outrageous - a gift card to compensate for my time and gas....no he couldn't do anything else. Not impressed with my first time at a Macy's - definately my last!!

Also, the sales taxes are lower in PA. Kohl's is a chain store that you can find in a number of states. I love how the layout of each store is either identical or very similar. You can find a lot of name brand items for a discounted price. Whenever I go to Kohl's, I make it a point to check out the Vera Wang line of pyjamas and leggings. Having free wifi in the store is always a plus too.

Also I have seen pda inside the store, I've had to wait at the register to then see these same employees come from the back together after some time has passed. The store manager has been rude on more than one occasion to myself and others, she will also use her personal cell phone while waiting on customers.
