Every items that was still tagged or new with no tag so tried on was all gone, granted some of the 3-6 mos clothing had tags but they kept those. Then they state you down make you feel pressured to hurry up and make a decision, oh and I wasn't allowed to look through the items before I made my decision. I'd rather have a yard sale and make 100% profit than to be rushed to pick up my deselected items for an unreasonable price and deal with their bad attitudes. As soon as I made my way inside I was automatically in an even better mood, because the place is just so darn adorable. Bright colors everywhere, and just the coolest kids clothes I've ever seen. There was a birthday girl dress hanging up on the wall that I would have killed to have as a kid. As Julia pointed out, there's more girl clothes than boy clothes. I found about ten little tiny dresses I could see myself going crazy over once I have little ones (you know, a very very very long time from now.) On the way out, I took a photo of the most adorable formal dress for a baby girl (only $45!) and sent it to my mom, and she thought I was going crazy and bought it for myself for when I have future children. Always check out the clearance section, because you can find shirts for as low as two dollars which is awesome. Especially for my growing toddler. There are a ton of employees that work here which is awesome but need some training. The cashiers were super nice. Nicer than the ones on the floor. They were not mean directly towards me but it's not hard to hear conversation among themselves about work and the store in general.

My review, however, is impacted by the service and store appearance. First, there's way too much clothing packed into the space. Second, the associate was less than helpful. I asked her for slim fit, and she said that she'd just taken them to the back, but she'd go retrieve them for my son. But rather than doing that, she continued to fold clothes. How can an associate ignore a live customer asking for help? Unreal. Lastly, the fitting room was dilapidated. Hole in the wall, burned out light, etc. In the future, I'll stick to shopping Children's Place online.

People always point out "well I can buy it here or there/order it from here or there and it may be slightly cheaper" Tip Best Buy will price match *authorized retailers prices (Note not everyone who sells online are Authorized retailers some are gray market items from less than reputable sellers) Technology is something I enjoy/am good at and I use Best Buys services If technology is a challenge for you, they are a great resource! I picked it up without issue and used it until recently when one of my controllers stopped working. I took it in for the protection plan to have that controller replaced and was told that the store could not do this type of transaction, only online service could. I called online service and was promptly told that no, only the store could do this. I went back there and we found that the serial number on the device did not match the number they had in the system and part of their management team promised me a call, which after 10 days never came. I tried calling the store, but that only takes you to their support desk, I assume overseas. I then talked to support again. This time they acted like they could help me. They dug around and found nothing, but while on the call, I did some sleuthing of my own and found the serial number they kept quoting me was on the original online order but the one on my device and companion protection plan was found on my protection plan page. So, I had 2 different serial numbers assigned to my device. One support could see and I could't (until I figured out it was on the order) and one that I could see (the one on the protection plan and my device) but they couldn't see. Worse, I couldn't send support screen captures or do a screen share because, they simply do not do that kind of thing. Ultimately, I'm about to give up. I found a replacement for the controller on Ebay for $65. I should have just bought that in the first place and saved myself 6 hours of aggravation talking to various support and management. I'm completely done with Best Buy and will never return except to possibly pick up a gift card if this ever gets resolved. Addendum: Online Support promised to call me by 7 PM CST tonight, which never happened either. This has been an absolute cluster. Best Buy has lost their edge.
