She overrode our selected offer, asked for others to bid, quickly made us sign a binder and then fired the agent we were working with (in that order). She did all of this just as a money grab -- removing our agent and then refusing to release us from our contract so we could follow the agent to his new firm. She started off by asking us a few simple questions and quickly followed up with a weekend itinerary of showings that exactly fit our needs and preferences (including many listings we didn't previously find on Zillow). It was a high-yield, organized, and efficient way to see several different properties throughout the Berkshires. At each property, Kate was helpful in pointing out both positives and negatives, and didn't apply any pressure to submit an offer, despite the fact that it took a large chunk of her time to show us so many properties on Memorial Day Weekend. i respectfully write this review as a very concerned new york resident. i was an active participant…read morein a deal involving rochel, a broker at beach & bartolo realtors. rochelle violated many industry standards and operated without regard to long- standing ethical requirements. rochelle provided inflated comparable values to the purchaser by relying in home data from a nearby town wiyh higher median values. this misrepresentation resulted in my partner purchasing a home for way over market. why, you may ask? because rochelle also represented the seller. in a selfish effort to line her own pockets, rochelle failed to disclose relevant information about the property and failed to perform the necessary due diligence, and then had the audacity to lie about such completion. as a reailt of rochelle's inappropriate conduct, my partner lost hundreds pf thousands of dollars fixing structural dangers that were not disclosed by this agency. do not use rochelle nor beach & bartolo realtors. they are a scam.

They also hadn't finished putting finished insulated walls on all of the exposed brick, but said it would be done by the end of summer. I agreed to all of this and had a few other questions when one week before I was supposed to move in, they said they found another renter who would take the apartment "as-is". So turns out they continued to show the apartment that they had promised to me, and then rented it out to someone who was naive enough to take an unfinished apartment all because they couldn't be bothered to bring the building up to code and make it habitable. They have no qualms about allowing their tenants to foot a massive electric bill so they don't have to weather-proof, fire-proof and bug-proof an old building that's falling apart.

One of the worst experiences I have encountered in using a real estate broker to list and sell my…read morehouse. Yes, The broker did bring clients to me and eventually brought someone (thru another realtor) who purchased my house. However, from the start of the negotiation process until a contract was signed, this real estate office did nothing but screw up. They provided little, if any, follow up with the prospective purchasers to the degree that I had to keep reminding them ever day to make calls and obtain thr required documents. The realtor, when they made a perfunctory effort to do something, then duplicated their efforts for that same thing so that I never knew if their requests were for something new or just a rehash of the previous request. In any event, once the purchase contract was executed, my realtor "dropped off the face of the earth". There was absolutely no follow up to get the deal to closing, and I truly believe that if I had not been calling the lawyers and purchasers on a daily basis the deal would never have closed. The office staff was, in general, surly and caustic. I am certain that came from the broker down, for the broker (Natalia) was just like that. When she neded something she was all smiles and sweetness. But if you requested that she or her office do something they became defensive and usually tol me to do it instead. Finally, to top it All off, just before closing I was informed by my lawyer of an additional fee I was obliged to pay in the amount of $500. This occurred because my broker never followed up with certain do documentation to The buyers. She claimed that she had provided said document, but not so. I thought about bringing suit against her, and I may do so. DO NOT USE PCP REALTY!!!
